Warnings
- Check the AC output of the power strip tower before use.
- Be sure to check the rated current of the AC outlets and the USB ports before connecting devices to them in case an over-current occurs,
- Make sure the power plugs or power cables of your devices are completely plugged into the outlets of the power strip tower for the prevention of electric shocks.
- Do not bind the power cables in case of overheating.
- We suggest that you plug the heavy plugs in the lower layers to avoid tipping over.
- Keep the power strip tower out of children’s reach.
- Keep the power strip tower away from heat-emitting appliances such as radiators, or inflammable or explosive arties.
- Do not use the power strip tower with wet hands or in wet locations.
- Do not disassemble the power strip tower by yourself, if you need technical help, contact the vendor or rent a qualified electrician.
Troubleshooting
When To Reset
The power strip tower will automatically shut down if overloaded. When this
happens, disconnect all the attached devices, and reset the overload protector
on the bottom by pressing it.Be careful not to overload the power strip tower
again.
Why USB Ports Not Working
Possible reason(D: the power cable of the power strip tower is not completely
plugged into the AC wall outlet.
Solution : reconnect the power strip tower to the AC wall outlet,
Possible reason 2 the ON/OFF switch that controls the USB charging ports may
not be turned on.
Solution : turn on the ON/OFF switch,
Possible reason (3) : the total current of the attached electronic devices exceeds USB total output.
