**MONKEY FAN
**
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be
followed, including the following: Read all instructions before using the
Monkey Fan.
WARNING
- unplug or disconnect the appliance from the power supply before servicing.
- Only for US plug : This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
- Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- Only for US plug : This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Replace the fuse as per the user servicing instructions (follow product marking for proper fuse rating) and check the product. If the replacement fuse blows, a short-circuit may be present and the product should be discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device fuse that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
• Read the rating label (stuck on each device) make sure that the voltage conforms to your electricity supply before using the Monkey Fan.
• If the tamperproof seal is broken or the package is damaged, please check the contents before signing for it
• Do not plug your device before it has been completely assembled
• Only use your device for its intended purpose
• Do not leave your device unattended if there are young children present
• Always leave your device unplugged while not in use or during maintenance.
• Important: For US plug – A & B Types: “Match wide blade of plug to wide slot” Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted
• Do not alter the plug.
• Maintenance The device can be cleaned with a duster or soft dry cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning products.
• Trouble Shooting If you experience any problem with your device, please return it to its supplier
• Any unauthorised repairs will invalidate your warranty
• Always unplug your device before attempting cleaning or maintenance.
• FCC Rules Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
• Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to aprovide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. If this doesn’t work please contact an dealer or experienced technician for help.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Operating
Place the screw and tighten it properly on the fan (1). Position the clip of
your choice according to your tube diameter (2). Put the steel branch around
the tube (3) and clip the Monkey Fan (4). Finally, connect it.

For MF020 only : To allow the fan to oscillate, push the knob beside the fan.
Pull up on the knob if oscillation is not desired.

PRECAUTIONS FOR MFO20
Place the MonkeyFan near the Space Booster. Without it and with the oscillating function, the fan forces on the canvas degrades.
USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
Only for US plug : (a) “Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.” (b) “Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of attachment plug towards blades or Push on tabs located next to the blades.” (c) “Remove fuse carefully. push the fuse from the other side or turn fuseholder over to remove fuse.” (d) “Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with 2.5 Amp, 125 Volt fuse (provided with product).” (e) “Close fuse cover. Slide closed the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug, or Push cover closed so that all tabs latch.” Warning: Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device fuse that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
