SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Read the instructions carefully before using this device! Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
Note: Preparation of the machine, operation and compliance with general safety instructions are stated in this manual. During use, compliance with the instructions s required, otherwise accidents may occur for which the manufacturer assumes no liability.

  1. Do not use flammable liquids or gases or if there is a risk of explosion, protect your workplace against the possibility of fire.
  2. Tum off the switch and unplug before performing any maintenance or replacing accessories to avoid the risk of injury and/or serious damage.
  3. Be aware that the hose and the body of the vacuum cleaner can cause electrostatic discharge. Do not step on, pull, fold the hose.
  4. Do ot step on, pull, fold the hose. In cases the hose is damaged do not continue to use it. Do not use heavy or sharp objects that could damage the hose.
  5. Do not let the power cord wrap around doors and do not move the vacuum cleaner using the cord.
  6. For your safety when using this appliance, stay away from the vacuum cleaner suction hose and/or electrically active parts.
  7. Do not immerse the entire machine in water, do not touch the outlet with wet hands or wet towels to avoid electrical shock.
  8. Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the details on the type plate.
  9. Before suctioning water, remove dust bags, filters and use sponge-type filters.
  10. Clean your device when the tank (vacuum container) has accumulated excessive dust.

CAUTION:

  1. Do not allow glass, nails and other sham objects and debris to remain in the hose, in the body of the vacuum cleaner or damage to the hose, filter, etc. may occur.
  2. Do not vacuum hot, corrosive or flammable materials and objects that could cause an explosion in order to avoid any risk of fire or electric shock.
  3. Vacuuming hair (bristles), paper, cement, putty dust and other sticky objects can easily jam the vacuum cleaner and possibly cause a fire. Do not use the appliance for such materials.
  4. Do not use the vacuum cleaner when the air intake is blocked or damage to the vacuum cleaner will occur.
  5. Stop the operation of the vacuum cleaner if you hear any abnormal noise. Check the vacuum cleaner and clean it.
  6. Do not allow children to play with the vacuum cleaner or its accessories in order to avoid any accident
  7. Unplug the vacuum cleaner when not in use. Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended while it is in operation.
  8. Do not leave the vacuum cleaner or its cord near areas of high heat to avoid the risk of fire.
  9. Do not use worn and/or damaged cords and/or sockets. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorized service agent to a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

OPERATION

Note:
The vacuum cleaner has a dual suction system including front and top suction which can be used for different functions. Use the hose connectors to connect the hose to the upper intake and use the cap to seal the front intake. The front intake is used for water suction (Figure B). When connecting the hose to the front intake, use the cap to seal the upper intake.

  1. Turning the device on (ON) or off (OFF) (Figure 1)
    A Turn the appliance on (ON).
    B. Switch off the appliance (OFF): By bringing the switch to position 0, the vacuum cleaner is switched off.

  2. Connect/disconnect the hose to/from the vacuum cleaner (Figure 2)
    Connection: Insert the hose into the inlet and turn clockwise until it ‘locks’.
    Disconnect: Holding the hose connector, rotate counterclockwise until the hose is disconnected.

  3. Attaching the handle and the hose (Figure 3).
    A. Connect one side of the hose and rotate clockwise until “locked”.
    B. To disconnect the hose, rotate counterclockwise.

  4. Attaching floor brush (Figure 4)
    A Connect one side of the hose to the floor brush and rotate clockwise until “locked”.
    B. To disconnect the hose from the brush, turn counterclockwise.

  5. Attaching the wheels (Figure 5)
    A. Remove the head from the bucket (container).
    B. Turn the vacuum cleaner container upside down and insert two wheels Into the front base in both available holes.

  6. Cable maintenance (Figure 6)
    A. The cord base is located on the back of the vacuum cleaner, when not in use, keep the cord in the base.
    B. When using the vacuum cleaner, remove the cord from the base.

  7. Storing of accessories (Figure 7)
    There are storage hatches on both sides of the vacuum cleaner where accessories can be placed.

  8. Blower operation (Figure 8)
    A. Connect the hose to the blower section.
    B. Use the hose to clean the desired area.

  9. Reverse Air Mode – Suction (Figure 9)
    A. If suction is lower than required press the button on the hose head.
    B. Repeat three to five times to increase suction.

  10. Installing the dust bag (Figure 10)
    A. Remove the transparent cover.
    B. Place the dust bag on the cover and insert into the vacuum cleaner.

  11. Replacing the dust bag (Figure 11)
    A Remove the transparent cover including the dust bag.
    B. Use a new dust bag in place of the used one.

  12. Separate the cover from the container (Figure 12)
    A. Open the two side latches.
    B. Holding the handle, remove the cover.

  13. Replacing the filter (Figure 13)
    A. Remove the cover and remove the dirty filter which is located at the bottom.
    B. Install new filter to replace the old one and return equipment to original condition by putting the cover back on.

  14. Cleaning the filter (Figure 14)
    A. Remove the filter and use clean water.
    B. After cleaning, allow the filter to dry and reuse it.

  15. Clean the connectors (Figure 15)
    A. Remove the links from the cover and use water for cleaning.
    B. Reinstall the connectors and keep them tightened.

  16. Add water (Figure 16)
    A. Remove the cover from the vacuum cleaner body and add water to the container.
    B. Observe the water level and avoid adding excessive amounts of water.

  17. Speed control function (Figure 17)
    A. The speed controller is placed over the switch.
    B. Turning the speed controller to the left reduces the suction. Turning the speed controller to the right increases the suction.

  18. Simultaneous operation with power tool (Figure 18)
    A. Connect the vacuum cleaner hose to the dust extraction outlet of the power tool.
    B. Plug the power plug of the power tool into the vacuum cleaner’s sync outlet.
    C. Turn the switch to “-” and set the system to stand by. Start the power tool and the vacuum cleaner begins to operate.

  19. Simultaneous operation with air tool (Figure 19)
    A. Connect the vacuum cleaner hose to the dust extraction outlet of the air tool.
    B. Insert the air tool feed plug into the vacuum cleanegair valve seat and the other side of the air valve seat is connected to the air compressor.
    C. Turn the switch to “-” and set the system to start the power tool and the vacuum cleaner begins to operate.

Main parts description and use
Floor brush: Use it to clean carpets, wooden floors, marble floors, filed floors and so on.
Large Nozzle: Use it to clean wall corners, spiral staircases and se on.
Large circular brush: Use it to clean sofa corners, furniture frames, etc.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

  • In order to extend the service life, each use should not exceed 28 minutes.
  • In order to extend the service life, clean the body and filters after use.
  • Secure the cord and put the components in place after each use.
  • Clean from dirty water after use to avoid rust or corrosion on the drum.
  • Clean the surface of the vacuum cleaner with a dry cloth to prevent water from penetrating the vacuam cleaner as well as short circuiting it.

Cleaning dust (Figures 22 -23)

  1. Remove the rear cover with the dust bag from the drum.
  2. Lower the frame under the dust bag & clean the dust
  3. Reattach the frame to the dust bag, attach the dust bag to the rear cover & place them back on the drum.

Drain dirty water from the bucket (Figure 24)

  1. Move the vacuum cleaner near drains, remove the vacuum cleaner head.
  2. Tilt the vacuum cleaner drum and discard the dirty water.
  3. Clean the dirty body of the vacuum cleaner with clean water and place the head back on the drum.

ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL

In order to avoid damages on transportation, the tool has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The tool’s plastics components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to remove environmental friendly and differentiated because of available collection facilities.

In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in accordance with national law, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and retumed to an environmentally compatible recycling facility.

The electrical appliances have been manufactured according to strict standards, set by our company, which are aligned with the respective European quality standards. The electrical appliances of our company are provided with a warranty period of 24 months for non-professional use, 12 months for professional use and 6 months for batteries. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product. Proof of the warranty right is the purchase document of the appliance (retail receipt or invoice). Under no circumstances shall the company cover the relevant cost of spare parts and respective required working hours unless a copy of the purchase document is presented. In case the repair has to be done by our service de-partment the cost of transportation (to and from) is entirely borne by the sender (client). The electrical appliances must be sent for repair to the company or to an authorized workshop in the appropriate way and means of transport

WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

  1. Spare parts that wear out naturally as a consequence of being used (brushes, cables, switches, chargers, chokes etc.).
  2. Electrical appliances damaged as a result of non-compliance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
  3. Electrical appliances poorly maintained.
  4. Electrical appliances given to third entities free of charge.
  5. Damage due to an electrical connection at a voltage other than that indicated on the appliance plate.
  6. Connection to a non-earthed power supply.
  7. Change in current voltage.
  8. Damage resulting from the use of salty water.
  9. Damage or malfunction resulting from improper cleaning procedure of the appliance.
  10. Contact of the electrical appliance with chemicals, or damage as a result of moisture or corrosion.
  11. Electrical appliances that have been modified or opened by unauthorized personnel.
  12. Electrical appliances used for rent.

The warranty covers only the free of charge replacement of the component that presents a manufacturing defect or material failure. In case of lack of a specific spare part the company reserves the right to replace the electrical appliance with another corresponding model. After all warranty procedures have been concluded, the warranty period of the electrical appliance shall not be extended or renewed. The replacement of a spare part along with repair charge, is covered by a 1 year warranty of good operation, provided that the warranty terms are met The spare parts or electrical appliances that are replaced remain in the possession of our company. Requirements, other than those mentioned in this warranty form, regarding the repair of electrical appliances or damage thereof, do not apply. Greek law and relative regulations apply to this warranty.

WARRANTY

This appliance is a quality product. It was designed in compliance with current technical standards and made carefully using normal, good quality materials. The warranty period is 24 months for non-professional use and 12 months for professional use and commences on the date of purchase, which can be verified by the receipt, invoice or delivery note. During this warranty period all func-tional errors, which, despite the careful treatment described in our operating manual, are verifiably due to material flaws, will be rectified by our after-sales service staff. The warranty takes the form that defective parts will be repaired or replaced with perfect parts free of charge at our discretion. Replaced parts will become our property. Repair work or the replacement of individual parts will not extend the warranty period not will it result in a new warranty period be-ing commenced for the appliance. No separate warranty period will commence for spare parts that may be ted. We cannot offer a warranty for damage and defects on appliances or their parts caused by the use of excessive force, im-proper treatment and servicing. This also applies for failures to comply with the operating manual and the installation or spare and accessory parts that are not included in our range of products. In the event of interference with of modifica-tions to the appliance by unauthorized persons, the warranty will be rendered void. Damages that are attributable to improper handling, over loading, or nat-ural wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee. Damages caused by the manufacturer or by a material defect will be corrected at no charge by repair or by providing spare parts. The prerequisite is that the equipment is handed over assembled, and complete with the proof of sale and guarantee. For a guar-antee claim, only use the original packaging. That way, we can guarantee quick and smooth guarantee processing. Please send us the appliances post-paid or request a Freeway sticker. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept appliances that are not postpaid. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to nat-ural wear and tear.
