Before Use
- Before first time use, please remove the insulating film and fully charge the product.
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid.
- When charging, LED blinks white.
- When fully charged, LED turns off.
Charging the Case
- When charging, LED solid white.
- When fully charged, LED turns off.
Fit
- Change the earbuds tips and adjust each earbud by twisting until comfortable.
Power On
- Open the lid to automatically turn them on.
- Press the L/R earbud for 2s to manually turn it on.
Power Off
- Close the lid to automatically turn the off.
- Press the L/R earbud for 6s to manually turn it off.
Pairing
- Open-up to start auto-pairing.
- Turn on Bluetooth, search and select “UGREEN HiTuneX6”.
- Auto-connect to the device used last time.
Connect to a New Device
- Placed in the case.
- Press and hold the button for 3s till the blue and white indicator flash alternately.
Resetting
- Place the earbuds in the case.
- Hold the button on the case for 10s until the indicators flash 3 times after successful resetting.

Care and Maintenance
Charging Contacts
- Apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol to clean cotton swab and use it to clean the contact.
The Mesh of the Earbuds & Ear Tips
- Pull off the ear tips and rinse them with water or alcohol-free wipes. Wipe the ear tips with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Make sure that the ear tips are completely dry before reattaching to earbuds. Clean dirt or debris off with a clean dry cotton swab and wipe mesh with a soft cloth.
Earbuds and the Case
- Clean the earbuds and case with a soft dry cloth. If necessary, you can slightly dampen the cloth and witing it dry before use to clean.
FAQ
Bluetooth pairing issues/No audio in one ear
- Remove the insulation film before first-time use.
- Check the battery level of your earbuds. Wait until the earbuds are fully charged.
- Make sure that your earbuds are turned on. Put earbuds in the charging case and re-open the case after 5s or hold down the button on the earbuds for 2s to manually turn it on.
- Check if the Bluetooth connection is established with another device. Clear it an connect again or refer to Connect to a New Device part.
- Check if there is dirt or debris in the contacts and make sure that no foreign substances can be found around the earbuds and charging case.
- The earbuds or device may be temporarily malfunctioning. Please reboot the device or refer to Resetting part to reconnect.
Intermittent audio from the earbuds
- Check the volume settings on the device or try playing different types of media.
- The battery level of your earbuds may be low, or they may have run out of battery. Please check the battery level and charge them promptly.
- Make sure that there is no water and debris in the earbuds.
- You may be in an environment with strong signal interference, such as in an airport, railway station, subway, or in a location with signal lights, monitors, etc. It is recommended that you check the surrounding environment and keep your Bluetooth devices away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference.
- Avoid solid barriers in between and shorten the distance between your earbuds and device (≤10m/33ft)
Waterproof performance of the earbuds
Although the earbuds are water-resistant, they are not specialized water-and
sweat-proof devices. If the earbuds have been exposed to sweat, shower gel,
shampoo, or other liquids, or wear them during a workout, make sure to clean
and dry the surface and charging contacts of the earbuds before putting them
back into the case.
Charge your earbuds properly
- It is recommended that use a certified or included USB-C charging cable to charge the product.
- Make sure that the earbuds and USB-C port are completely dry before charging.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase. The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
- Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
- Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
- Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
- Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
- If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
EU Declaration of Conformity
This product meets all the basic requirements of the applicable EU
Directives for safe use, including the requirements for the content of
hazardous substances in the product.
WEEE
This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste in accordance
with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE –
2012/19 / EU). Instead, it shall be returned to the place of purchase or
handed over to a public collection point for the recyclable waste. By ensuring
this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential
negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could
otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. Contact
your local authority or the nearest collection point for further details.
Improper disposal of this type of waste may result in fines in accordance with
national regulations.
