JPRO Software
JPRO offers many training and educational features, such as a detailed user
guide that covers all its features. Becoming proficient in navigating this
guide effectively will help technicians reduce support calls, learn about new
features in the program, and support
troubleshooting issues.
Accessing the User Guide
To access the user guide, technicians must navigate to the Help button at the
top of JPRO.
The guide will open with an interactive table containing links to various
sections. And if technicians know exactly what they’re looking for, they can
try the search function.
To begin a search, technicians should select “Find in page” from the edit
menu.
Let’s Take an Example
If a technician wants to learn how to perform a forced DPF regen, they type
“DPF service” in the search bar and select the appropriate link.
Technicians should see a page in the user guide that introduces aftertreatment
diagnostics and instructions for performing a regen.
The JPRO User Guide allows technicians to improve the speed and accuracy of
performing a regen, reducing mistakes and improving uptime.
