Product Information
The RLC-830A is a surveillance camera designed for outdoor use. It features infrared night vision, a built-in microphone, a daylight sensor, a spotlight, and a waterproof lid. The camera can be powered with a 12V DC adapter or a PoE (Power over Ethernet) device such as a PoE injector, PoE switch, or Reolink NVR (not included in the package). It has a speaker for two-way audio communication and an SD card slot for local storage. The camera can be controlled and monitored through the Reolink App or Client software.

Camera Introduction
Connection Diagram
Before using the camera, connect it as follows:

1. Connect the camera to a Reolink NVR (not included) using an Ethernet cable. - Connect the NVR to your router.
- Power on the NVR.
Note: The camera can be powered with a 12V DC adapter or a PoE powering device.

Set Up the Camera

Download and launch the Reolink App or Client software on your device.

Follow the onscreen instructions to finish the initial setup.

You can scan the provided QR code to download the Reolink App.

On PC:
Download path of the Reolink Client: Go to https://reolink.com > Support App & Client.
If you are connecting the PoE camera to a Reolink PoE NVR, please set up the camera via the NVR interface.
Mount the Camera
Choose the appropriate mounting method based on your installation requirements:
Mounting to a Wall
- Drill holes in accordance with the mounting hole template.
- Install the mount base using the screws included in the package.
- To adjust the camera direction, use the Reolink App or Client software for pan and tilt control.
Note : Use the drywall anchors included in the package if needed.
Mounting to a Ceiling
- Drill holes in accordance with the mounting hole template.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the camera, refer to the following troubleshooting solutions:
The camera is not powering on
- Check the power source and connections.
- Ensure that the power adapter or PoE device is functioning properly.
The picture is not clear
- Clean the camera lens.
- Adjust the camera settings for better image quality.
