Product Information

The SENTINEL2 is a portable speaker with various features and controls that enhance your audio experience. It has a total power output of 20 W, making it capable of producing high-quality sound.
The speaker is IP67 waterproof, ensuring durability and protection against water damage. It is equipped with a built-in 3600 mAh rechargeable lithium battery that provides up to 24 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. The SENTINEL2 also supports TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing, allowing you to connect two identical speakers for an immersive audio experience.

The speaker features several controls, including:

POWER button: Used to turn the speaker on and off.
VOL – button: Decreases the volume when pressed and skips to the previous track when held.
PLAY button: Plays or pauses the audio when pressed. It can also be used to answer or end calls, reject calls when held, and redial the last called number when double-tapped.
VOL + button: Increases the volume when pressed and skips to the next track when held.
MODE button: Switches between Bluetooth, audio cable, and microSD card modes when pressed. It also enables TWS pairing when held.

The speaker has several inputs and indicators:

AUX jack: Used for connecting an audio cable.

Product Usage Instructions

Power On / Off:
To turn on the speaker, press and hold the POWER button until the LED lights up and a beep sound is heard. To turn off the speaker, hold down the same button.

Pairing:

Press and hold the POWER button to turn the speaker on. The LED will start flashing blue, indicating that the speaker is ready to pair.
Activate Bluetooth connectivity on your phone or other device and select “LAMAX Sentinel2” from the list of available devices. If prompted for a pairing code, enter “0000” and confirm.
When pairing is successful, the speaker will emit a beep sound, and the LED will light up blue. Playback can be controlled either with the paired device or directly on the speaker itself. While playing, the LED will flash blue.

TWS Pairing:
To pair two speakers together for a stereo audio experience, follow these steps:

Switch on both speakers and ensure they are not paired with any multimedia device.
On one of the speakers (which will act as the main one), press and hold the MODE button until you hear a beep sound.
When pairing is successful, a second beep sound will be heard, and the main speaker will act as the left channel.

To unpair the speakers, hold down the MODE button on the main speaker.

Audio Input:
To play music from any device using an audio cable, connect it to the AUX jack on the speaker. It is not possible to control songs directly on the speaker when playing back through the audio input.

Handsfree Calling:
The handsfree function is activated when you pair your phone via Bluetooth. Use the PLAY button to answer or end calls, hold down the PLAY button to reject incoming calls, and tap the PLAY button twice to redial the last dialed number.

LED Indicators

Speaker on – white light

Power On / Off:
Hold the POWER button to turn the speaker on. The LED lights up and a beep sounds. Hold down the same button to turn the speaker off.

Pairing:

Press and hold the POWER button to turn the speaker on. The LED flashes blue and the speaker is ready to pair.
Activate Bluetooth connectivity on your phone or other device.
Select „LAMAX Sentinel2“ from the list of available devices. If a pairing code is required, enter „0000“ and confirm. When pairing is successful, the speaker emits a beep and the LED lights up blue.
Playback can be controlled either with the paired device or directly on the speaker itself. While playing, the LED flashes blue

TWS:
To pair two speakers together, switch on both speakers and make sure they are not paired with any multimedia device. On one of them, which will act as the main one, press and hold the MODE button until you hear a beep. When pairing is successful, a second beep sounds and the main speaker acts as the left channel.
Unpair the speakers by holding down the same MODE button on the main speaker.

Audio Input:
Connect to the AUX jack via the supplied audio cable to play music from any device. It is not possible to control songs directly on the speaker when playing back through the audio input.

Handsfree:
The handsfree function is activated when you pair your phone via Bluetooth. Press PLAY to answer/end the call, hold down PLAY to reject the incoming call, and tap PLAY twice to redial the last number dialled.

Charging:
The speaker can be charged using the included USB cable plugged into a suitable USB device – adapter, PC, power bank. Do not charge the speaker with a higher input voltage than 5V, the speaker may be damaged. When the battery is running low, a beep sounds. When charging the light is red, and when fully charged the red light goes out.
