Please read the instructions manual before using the appliance for the first time and save it for future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the safety of you and your family, read the instruction carefully before using and keep it well in order to later reference.
- Wipe up all the parts of the product by a wet cloth before using it at the first time. After that, wipe up all the parts of the product by a dry cloth. Then check whether the voltage of the electric circuit accords with the standard voltage written on the specification board of this product.
- During using this product, we should keep the basic safety sense in mind in order to avoid the occurrences of fire disaster, electric shock, and other disaster. Based on that pay attention and obey following instructions: (This product is only for household using)
- The input voltage of power must be 220 V.
- This product must be placed on a stable and steady surface of a working table. Pay attention to that the working surface must not be made by paper, plastic, rubber or other inflammable material.
- Do not use this product for other purposes which surpass the function of it.
- Do not use this product near fire and inflammable material in order to avoid accident.
- This product must be used with the connecting cable which is provided by our company along with the product.
- The temperature sensor rod is set accurately. Do not drop it on the ground, crash it with other hard material, pull it with great strength or put it into water or other liquid.
- Do not move it during using.
- If you need to go away during using the production or after using, please pull out the plug. When you pull it out, you need hold the plug instead of pulling the electric cable which connected with the plug.
- The product must not be used under the using method of that 1) Using with an external timer; 2) Using with separated remote control system.
- The surface of the roasting plate is non-stick coating. Do not use metal spatula, small knife or other pointed material scratching the product in order to avoid scuffing on the coating.
- Do not let your kids get close to the product during using or just after using in order to avoid getting burn carelessly.
- Do not immerse the product into water for washing it or flush the roasting plate directly by water.
- The temperature of the roasting plate and the out surface of the main body are very high during using and just after using. Do not touch it in order to avoid getting burn.
- If the soft electric cable broke, do not use it in order to avoid danger. You must call professional from our company or maintenance department of our company, or other personnel with the same qualification to replace it.
- You must remove the connected cables before cleaning it, and wipe up the socket of the product before reusing it.
USAGE INTRODUCTIONS
When use the product at first time, please wipe up the roasting plate and brush a thin coat of oil on it.

Installation Method of the Roasting Plate
Put the roasting plate into the main body of the product and check whether the roasting plate is stable or not. -
Processing Method of Temperature Rod
Firstly check whether the temperature knob on the temperature sensor rod is adjusted and is pointed an “off”, see the following graphical representation. Then inset the plug into the socket. -
Temperature Set According to Different Food
According to the cooking type, adjust the temperature as per your requirement. Then the indicator light will light and the product will connect with power input automatically. The temperature setting scopes see the following table.

COOKING INSTRUCTION
- When the temperature reaches the needed temperature after connected with power in few minutes, the indicator light will turn off automatically. Then cooking can be started after brush a thin coat of oil on the surface of the roasting plate.
- If you need to preserve the heat of food, adjust the temperature knob on the temperature rod to the position of heat preserving. But long time of preserving will cause the food lost its original taste.
- Due to the automatic adjustment, there is trivial noise during using. That is not malfunction. Don’t worry about it.
- Food suited for frying or roasting by plain roasting plate: vegetable, fruit, etc.
- Food suited for frying or roasting by waving roasting plate: steak, burger patty, barbecue, etc.
- Put a little water on the oil conserving plate before using in order to wash it easily after using
To reduce significantly the amount of smoke emitted pour water into the pan
under the plate and adjust the heater power. For smokeless operation, or to
significantly reduce smoke when baking, pour a little quantity of water while
caring not to overflow the pan under the work plate and bake at middling
temperature.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance custom not only can increase the service time of the product but also bring more happy time for you and your family!
- Develop the good habit of cleaning the product immediately after using it at each time. You must pull the plug out from the socket before cleaning it in order to avoid getting burn. To increase the service time of the roasting plate, you must clean it carefully.
- You must ensure that the roasting plate has been cooling down before washing it in order to avoid getting burn as well as the roasting plate being out shape.
- Do not use pointed material or metal pointed folk, toothpick, spatula, etc. to clean the product in order to avoid damaging the coating on the surface of the product.

Cleaning Method of the Roasting Plate
- Taking advantage of the warm of roasting plate after using, use a soft paper or napkin to clean it. The separable design ensures you can put the roasting plate into sink directly and wash it.
- After cleaning it wipe up it and brush a thin coat of edible oil then you can restore it on some where.

Cleaning Method of the Temperature Sensor Rod
- Use a dry cloth wipe up the temperature sensor rod.
- Must not immerse the whole temperature sensor rod into water for washing it.
- Do not wipe the temperature sensor rod by wet cloth in order to avoid leading rusting inside and short circuit which will cause dangers.

Cleaning Method of the Main Body
When washing the main body, please remove the separable roasting plate and use a wet cloth to wipe the surface of the main body then use a dry cloth to wipe it again. Pay attention to that do not drop waters into the baffle board. -
Cleaning Method of the Glass Cover
It can be put into water which contains detergent. Use a soft cloth or sponge to wipe it and use clean water to wash it. Then try it.
ATTENTIONS
- Do not put the hot glass cover into cold water for washing it directly in order to avoid rupturing of the glass.
- Do not use volatile liquid, such as alcohol, toluene, gasoline, etc. to wash this product in order to avoid the color or printed pattern on the product changing or fading.
- Do not immerse the whole product into water directly for washing in order to avoid electric leakage and causing malfunction.
- Use a dry and soft cloth to wipe the electric cable after cleaning. Put the electric cable into the storage box.
Then store the product in a dry and dust free place for preservation.
