Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the multi-function electric pressure cooker, read and learn all the instructions in the manual.
  2. Ensure that the appliance is placed on a horizontal, stable, and heat resistant surface.
  3. Plug the appliance into a grounded socket outlet.
  4. Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage shown on the marking plate of the appliance.
  5. Avoid placing the appliance near flammable materials such as curtains, wood, or paper.
  6. Leave enough space around the appliance for better air circulation and to prevent fire, burns, or injury.
  7. Do not connect the appliance in the same circuit where another appliance is connected.
  8. Only use the original accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
  9. Do not operate the appliance without an internal or empty pot.
  10. Do not cover or put any object over the appliance. Keep the air outlets opened to prevent any damages.
  11. Avoid using the appliance in wet and hot environments.
  12. Do not switch on the pressure cooker when no one is taking care of it.
  13. Remove the plug before cleaning. Only clean the pressure cooker and avoid soaking it, electric wire, or power plug in water or any other liquid.
  14. Clean or store the pressure cooker after it has cooled down.
  15. Do not attempt to repair the parts in the pressure cooker by yourself. Contact the service center or experienced experts for any repairs.
  16. Avoid splashing the electric pressure cooker and store it in a dry place.
  17. The container must not be opened until the pressure has decreased sufficiently.
  18. Be cautious of residual heat on the heating element surface after use.
  19. Pay particular attention where children and vulnerable people are present as some parts of the appliance can become very hot and cause burns.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Before using the multi-function electric pressure cooker, please read and learn all the instructions as follow:

  1. The electric pressure cooker should be put at the place where children cannot reach.

  2. Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant surface.

  3. The appliance must be plugged into grounded socket outlet.

  4. Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage shown on the marking plate of the appliance.

  5. Never place the appliance near easy flammable materials such a curtain, wood, paper and so on.

  6. Leave enough space around the appliance for better air circulation and prevent eventual fire, burns or injury.

  7. Do not connect the appliance in the same circuit where another appliance is connected.

  8. Only the original accessories can be used with the appliance. Any other accessories not recommended by the manufacturer can result hazards.

  9. Do not operate the appliance without an internal or empty pot.

  10. Do not cover or put any object over the appliance. Keep the air outlets opened to prevent any damages of the appliance.

  11. Do not use the appliance in wet and heat environments.

  12. Since the cooking time will change, do not switch the pressure cooker on when no one takes care of it.

  13. Before cleaning, the plug should be removed. When cleaning, only clean the pressure cooker. It is forbidden to soak the pressure cooker, electric wire or power plug into water or any other liquid.

  14. After cooling, the pressure cooker can be cleaned or stored.

  15. Users cannot repair the parts in the pressure cooker by themselves. If the pressure cooker has a fault during the warranty period, please ask the electricians in the maintenance center for help or contact with the manufacturer.

  16. The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved by a person responsible for their safety. Children being supervised not to play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be made by children.

  17. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

  18. This appliance is for household use only.

  19. The appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

    • staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments;
    • farm houses;
    • by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;

  20. Never use the appliance with an external timer switch or separate remote-control system.

  22. It is prohibited to splash the electric pressure cooker and to store in the damp place.

  23. In order to avoid the damage of power cord, the related matters should be replaced by the service center or the experienced experts.

  24. The container must not be opened until the pressure has decreased sufficiently.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. Functional: User-friendly

    • Pressure regulator; if the fault of the pressure (temperature) control circuit occurs and the pressure in the pot exceeds the maximum allowable value, the relief valve will automatically start to ensure the safety of the device.
    • Discharge pressure component; if the pressure regulator has a fault and the pressure in the pot exceeds the maximum allowable value, the discharge pressure component will discharge air along the edge of the pot cover to reduce the risk pressure and prevent exploding.
    • Temperature limit component; if the inner pot is empty, or the temperature exceeds the limit in the course of cooking, the pressure cooker will automatically be power failure.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  1. Open the pot cover
  2. Hold the handle, rotate clockwise to stop, and then lift the pot cover (as shown in figure 1).
  3. Before using, use the warm water to clean the inner pot. The total volume of food and water in the pot should not exceed 3/5 height of inner pot. For more hard food (chicken or mutton) with less water, the total volume should not exceed 4/5 height of inner pot. The minimum volume of food not less than 1/5 of the height of inner pot. (as shown in figure 2).
    • When steaming rice, the amount of rice loading should not exceed 12 cups of rice.
    • Under normal conditions, when steaming rice, one cup of rice should be matched with one cup of water. The ratio can be adjusted according to personal preference.
  4. Before cooking, clean up the inner pot and heating plate to ensure that they have no dirt. Slightly rotate the inner pot to make it fit the heating plate (as shown in figure 3).
  5. Cover the lid
    • Ensure that the silicone gasket on the pressure cooker has no damage and ensure that internal aluminum plate can be rotate freely by hand.
    • Cover the lid, and turn the handle anticlockwise until you can hear the sound of jamming (as shown in figure 4).
  6. Tear off the silver label attached on the discharge pressure valve to ensure that the valve can be put down and is able to move freely. (As shown in figure 5).
  7. As shown in the figure, put the water storage box into the pressure cooker.
  8. After switching the pressure cooker on, there is the beep sound. 5 indicator lights on the control panel flash. At this moment, the electric pressure cooker is in standby state.

PRE-SET:

  • If preset time is not required, pass this step.
  • If preset time is required, Press “Preset” function key once to increase the time by 5 min, the maximum preset time is 24 hours, you can long press the button to increase the preset time quickly. LED display the time. cooking process will start after preset time.

TASTE SELECTION:
After press “Taste selection” function key, you can select three different favors for all of the function, it including “Light; Standard; Rich”. The default time for all of the function at favor selecting as below form. pls check and take reference

COOKING
After press any functions key, the display indicating the default time, the indicator lamp flashes 5 times, and the pressure cooker starts to work. You can press “+” or “-” to adjust the time. The cooker will enter into “keep warm” state automatically when finish cooking. For different cook functions as below:

AFTER THE END OF COOKING:

  1. After the end of cooking, the pressure cooker enters the constant temperature heating mode.

  2. Shut off to wait for reduction voltage.

  3. Slowly rotate the discharge pressure valve to the “discharge pressure” state in order to discharge steam to ensure the descending of ball float valve, namely there is no steam in the pot (as shown in figure 6).
    NOTES: If cooking soup or cooking the vegetable with more liquid, do not turn the discharge pressure valve after the end of cooking. It is necessary to wait for the pressure falling.

  4. After completely discharging the pressure, rotate clockwise and then lift the pot cover.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Before cleaning, pull out the plug from the socket.
  2. Clean the pot cover, including gasket, discharge pressure valve, filter, vent hole, ball float valve and floater and wipe the pot cover with duster cloth.
  3. Use a soft cloth to wipe the shell of the pressure cooker. It is prohibited to immerse the pressure cooker in the water or wash it.
  4. Empty the water of the pot, and use the soapy water to clean.
  5. Use a soft brush or non-metallic brush to clean the inner pot, and then wipe with a cloth.
  6. Use a soft brush to clean the discharge pressure valve and vent hole to ensure that steam can pass in the cooking course.
  7. Never use metal utensils, abrasive, or chemical cleaner to clean the inner pot or the appliance. This can damage the appliance and its part.

    • Put 100 ml on the bottom, then peeled, washed and sliced potatoes. After 10 minutes we stir and after another 10 we take it out and put the next batch. If desired, garnish the french fries with cheese.

Add diced tomatoes, broth, spices and start the slow cooker program for 4 hours. After 3 and 1/2 hours, add the beans and pasta and let the dish finish as scheduled.

    • Mix the dry ingredients, add the rest and mix with a stirrer until a homogeneous mixture. Place in the baking bowl and bake on the BAKE program for 40 minutes at 150 degrees. Turn and bake on BAKE for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove, cool slightly and cut. Allow to cool. Make a glaze of melted butter, sugar and cocoa and heat in a microwave or water bath until the ingredients are homogenous. The cake is watered, cold, with warm glaze.

    • We take a ball of dough and put it on the bottom of the multicooker, trying to lay it on the bottom of the bowl of the appliance. Cook for 6-7 minutes until the leeks are soft. Add the chicken legs and the sliced and cleaned mushrooms. Season with salt, white pepper and nutmeg. Cook for about 15 minutes, then pour the cream, close the lid and allow the dish to cook and thicken. Serve the dish with finely chopped parsley.

    • Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the remaining products and stir. Add a little water and knead a soft dough. Form the finished dough into a ball. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil with a silicone brush. Put the ball of dough in the middle and set the BAKE program, setting the temperature to 60 degrees and the rising time to 45 minutes. Press the START button. Once the dough has risen and doubled in volume, switch off the mode from the MENU, program again with the BAKE button, but this time at 150 degrees for 55 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of baking, open the lid and carefully turn the bread to bake evenly. After baking, turn the bread on the grill. The bread is very tasty, soft inside and with a crispy crust.
  • Bread pie with potatoes and bacon

    • Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Add the sugar and stir. Add the liquid and other ingredients to the flour and knead a soft dough. Let it double in volume. Peel a leek and cut it into circles. Stew it in the fat. Add the chopped bacon and fry for 2-3 minutes.

    • Remove the filling from the hob and cool. Mash the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and beat the egg. Stir until homogeneous. Spread the dough on a thin crust. Put a layer of potatoes, and on top – a layer of stuffing with leeks and bacon. Gather the edges of the dough and form into a ball. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with fat, put the bread ball and turn on the baking program – 55 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of baking turn the bread pie. Remove the finished pie and while still warm, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and paprika.

    • Finely chop the vegetables. Put olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms and minced meat in the cooking vessel. Press the MENU button, select the FRY program. Press TIME and set to 13 minutes. Press START.
    • Fry for 8 minutes, then add the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, garlic, spices and red wine. Continue with FRY. Add the paste and water at the same time. Select the STEW program and set the time to 30 minutes. Close the lid and press START. Serve the finished pasta with grated Parmesan or other type of cheese if desired.
  • Spaghetti carbonara

    • Preparation – 5 min.

    • Put olive oil, finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in the cooking vessel. Press the MENU button and select the FRY program. Press the TIME option, set 10 minutes. Start with START. Stir occasionally. Break the spaghetti in half and add them to the bowl along with the water. Set 20 minutes and press the STEW and START buttons. Close the lid. After the time has elapsed, add the yolks mixed with the cream. Set for another 7 minutes. When cooking is finished, it automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Sprinkle the prepared spaghetti with parmesan or yellow cheese.
  • Stew with potatoes

    • Wash and clean the vegetables. Pour the fat into the multicooker, add the chopped onion and garlic. Select the frying function and set the time to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally, and at the 5th minute add the chopped leeks and carrots. At the end, add the potatoes. Mix the flour with the red pepper and add to the vegetables. Pour hot vegetable broth to cover the level of vegetables. Season with black pepper and salt, close the lid and press the cooking button for 1 hour. After about half an hour add the rice, and in the last minutes add the parsley and puree.
  • Stuffed peppers

    • Clean the peppers and remove the seeds. Put olive oil, chopped carrots, rice and onions in the multicooker. Select the frying function and program for 15 minutes, start and stir periodically while the vegetables are cooking. After about 5 minutes, add the meat and season with salt. Add the water. When the liquid boils, you need to open the lid and allow the mixture to cool. Fill the peppers with rice and add a little flour. Arrange the peppers in the pan and add enough water to cover the peppers in half. Select the cooking function for 40 minutes and start.
  • Risotto with vegetables

    • rice – 300 g long grain
    • peppers – 1 small red + 1 small green
    • olive oil – 1 tbsp.
    • onion – ½ small head
    • mushrooms – 50 g
    • peas – 60 g frozen
    • tomatoes – 150 g chopped
    • broth – 350 ml of vegetables
    • saffron – 1 pinch
    • Pour olive oil into the multicooker. Select the frying program and set for 10 minutes. Pour the chopped peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. Add the rice, and after a while the broth, peas and saffron. Season the risotto with salt and spices of your choice. Choose the rice program and get started.
