Product Usage Instructions:

Installing Print Paper:

  1. Open the top cover by pulling the cover-opening button up.

  2. Adjust the separator according to the paper width.

  3. Close the top cover securely.

  4. Insert the thermal paper face up into the paper inlet for
    automatic feeding.

  5. Note: Always use HPRT official thermal paper
    for optimal printing results.

Power On:

  1. To power on the printer, press and hold the power button for 3
    seconds.

  2. To power off, also hold down the power button for 3
    seconds.

Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone:

  1. Download the HPRT printing app by scanning the provided QR
    code.

  2. Connect to the printer via Bluetooth in the app settings.

  3. Select the document to print and adjust settings before
    printing.

Printing from PC:

  1. Connect the printer to the PC using a USB cable.

  2. Download and install the printer driver from the HPRT
    website.

  3. Select the document on your PC and print using the HPRT MT610
    printer.

Battery Charging:

If the operational status LED flashes red quickly indicating low
battery, charge using a USB cable promptly to avoid automatic
shutdown during printing.

Precautions:

  • Avoid extreme temperatures (0~40 degrees Celsius) for optimal
    print quality.

  • Use only HPRT official thermal paper to prevent print quality
    issues.

  • Avoid touching the heated printer head during operation to
    prevent burns.

  • Avoid forcefully pulling out paper during printing to prevent
    damage to the printer.

Q: What should I do if the printer’s LED indicator shows an

error status?

A: Check if the voltage/battery is low, print
head temperature is high, paper is out/jammed, or printer cover is

03 Close the top cover Make sure the top cover is closed in place.
04 Put in the printing paper Put the Thermal paper face up into the paper inlet, and the paper will enter the paper automatically.
Print side( thermosensitive layer ) Please use HPRT official thermal paper for a better printing experience.

Power On
01 Power on Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer.

01 Download App Scan the QR code below to download App.

To turn off the printer, also hold down the power button for 3 seconds.
Printing from PC
Connect one side of the USB cable to the PC and the other side to the printer. Turn on the printer. Download the printer driver from the website: https://www.hprt.com/HPRT-MT610 And then install it on the PC. Choose the document you want to print from the PC and print it via printer “HPRT MT610 “.

02 Connect with the printer Turn on the Bluetooth on the phone, open the App, click “Connect printer”, and “Connect” with “MT610 -xxxx”.
03 Print Open the document you want to print, and copy/share it to App. Or select document printing on the App home page. Adjust it in the print preview, and click the print icon on the top right corner to print.

Note: App operation shall be subject to the latest version.

Battery Charging
When the battery is low, the operational status LED will flash (red light flashes quickly). Please use the matching USB cable to charge in time. If you continue printing, the printer may shut down automatically.

Precautions
The best operating temperature is 0~40, if the environmental temperature is too low or too high, the print quality may be affected. Please do not use the unofficial paper roll to ensure the print quality. During printing, the printer head will heat up,do not touch it to avoid burns. Do not pull out the paper by force during printing, or else it may damage the printer.
