Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before you use this device. Do not make any changes or create settings that are not described in this manual. I physical jury, 0ss of data, or damage is caused by failure to follow instructions, the warranty does. not apply.
Setup

  • To reduce the risk of fire and)/or electric shock, do not expose the device t0rain or moisture, and objects filled with equids, such s vases, should not be placed on the device.
  • Do not place the device on soft surfaces such as tablecloths or carpets as doing 50 could be a fret-hazard Do not place the device in areas susceptible to excessive dust and dirt or near any appliance generating a strong magnetic field
  • To prevent overheating, do not block or clog the ventilation openings. Never place the device in a confined space. Always leave enough space around the device for ventilation
  • Protect the device against direct sunlight, heat, large temperature fluctuations and moisture.
  • When the device runs for a long period of time and the surface becomes hot, shut it down and unplug the power cord. Resume operation only after the device has cooled.
  • Always handle the device with care. Avoid touching the lens
  • Never place heavy or sharp objects on the device or the power cord. To ‘avoid electric shock, do not disassemble.
  • Only use attachments or accessories specified by the manufacturer. Avoid extreme vibration. It may damage the integral components. Do not allow children to handle the device without supervision
  • Under the following conditions, a layer of moisture can appear inside the device which can lead to malfunctions
    a) if the device is moved from a cold to a warm area;
    b) after a cold room i heated;
    c) when the device is placed in a damp room.
    To avoid any moisture, seal the device in a plastic bag before moving it to another roam, and wait for ana to two hours before you take it out of the bag

Power Supply

  • Use only the provided power adapter
  • Power off the device before demoing the power supply from the socket.
  • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from this device.
  • Unplug this device i there are lighting storms o when unused for along period of time.
  • Where the power plug or an appliance coupler s used s the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
  • Before you make or change any connections, ensure that al devices are disconnected from the power outlet
  • Do not touch the power cable or the power connector with wet hands.

Hearing Safety
To avoid hearing damage, do not listen for extended periods at high volume Set the volume at a safe level
Cleaning

  • Power off the device and remove it from the power supply before cleaning the surface
  • Use a softlint-ree cloth. Never use liquid, gaseous, or easily flammable cleansers  ice sprays, abrasives, polishes, and alcohol) Wipe over the surfaces gently. Be careful that you do not scratch the surfaces.
  • Do not use any liquid cleaning agents to clean the lens as they may damage the protective coating on the lens. Use lens cleaning paper to clean the lens of the projector.

Repairs

  • Do not make any repairs to the device by yourself. Only have your device repaired by an authorized service center.
  • Improper maintenance can result in injuries or damage to the device.
  • Refer al servicing to qualified service personnel

  1. • Press the button for once: power on
    • Press the button for twice: power off

  2. OK
    • Press to confirm a selection or entry
    • When playing videos, press to pop up the video control menu

  3. • Navigate menus or adjust the selected content

  4. • Return to the previous menu

  10. • Access more options during play (available depend upon the source)

Get Started

  1. Placement

  2. Place the projector right towards the projection surface to get rectangle picture.

  3. The distance between the projector and the projection surface determines the picture size.

  4. Check the projection distance and screen size on specifications part

  5. Prepare the Remote Control
    Install the remote control batteries (batteries not included) ETOE A1121

  6. Press and open the btery cover, s lustrated

  7. Install two AAA batters. Make sure that the positive and negative ends are positioned correctly, as illustrated.

  8. Place the battery cover back unit it clicks ion place.

  9. Power OnETOE A1121 Projector D1 - Power On

  10. D Connect the included adapter to the DC-in port of the projector.

  11.  Plug the adapter into the outlet and the LED indicator will be on red light.

  12. Set the projector towards a suitable projection screen or wall.

  13. After plugging on the power, wait for 3-4 seconds, and then press the power button. The LED indicator will turn to white light.

  14. Focus

  15. Place the projector towards a suitable projection surface or wall, adjust the distance for a proper size of picture.

  16. Scroll the [Focus Adjusting Knob] left or right until the picture is crystal clear.

Setting

Go through the set-up process when you turn on the projector for the first time. If you need to access the set-up menu when watching videos, press the button on the remote.
System setting

  1. OSD language
    Select your language from [English], [Deutsch], [Francis], [Italian],

  2. Rotate
    Select the Projection mode.
    [Front]: The device is located in front of the projection surface.
    [Rear]: The device is located behind the projection surface.
    [Ceiling Front]: The device is hanging from the ceiling in an upside-down position. The image is rotated by 180 degrees.
    [Ceiling Rear]: The device is hanging from the ceiling in an upside down position behind the projection surface. The image is rotated by 180 degrees and horizontally mirrored.

  3. Software update with USB flash
    For peak performance, please update to the latest software. You can get the latest firmware by sending an email to ETOE Support Team: support@etoe- tech.com

  4. Upload the newest bin file to the root directory of your USB flash.

  5. Insert the USB flash into the USB port of the projector.

  6. Wait for the update.

  7. Restore Factory Default
    Reset your device and restore factory setting.

Connect to a HDMI playback device
This projector supports connections with various HDMI playback devices such as PC, TV stick, TV box, DVD player, set-top box (STB), game console or other devices.

  1. Connect this projector to an HDMI playback device with an HDMI cable.
  2. Press the signal source button on remote, or select [HDMI] at homepage. (Please set the connected device to HDMI output on the sound control panel if you want sound from the projector.)

Connect to a USB flash
With this projector, you can enjoy music, video, and pictures, that are stored on a USB storage device.

  1. Plug in the USB flash.
  2. Press the signal source button on remote, or select [USB] at homepage.
  3.  Select the file you plan to play, then press [OK] .

Connect to a headphone via AUX cable
You can connect a headphone or speaker to ETOE Projector via AUX cable as well.

  1. Plug in the 3.5mm AUX cable connector to ETOE projector AUX port.
  2. Plug the other connector of the 3.5mm AUX cable to your headphone or speaker.
  3. Play your media on projector.
