Product Usage Instructions
- Do a complete inventory of all parts and components before you start installation.
- Attach all four stems together, making sure the 6 stem is installed and located at the top.
- Feed fixture’s wiring through the stem assembly prior to connection.
- Take the bottom of the stem assembly (12 stem) and connect it to the fixture frame.
- Attach the top side of the stem assembly (6 stem) to the swivel.
- Insert the recommended bulb (not included).
- Dress the fixture with crystal as illustrated using the Crystal Key for reference.

How to Install
- Do a complete inventory of all parts and components before you start installation.
- Attach all four stems together, making sure the 6″ stem is installed and located at the top.
- Feed fixtures wiring through the stem assembly prior to connection.
- Now take the bottom of the stem assembly (12″ stem) and connect it to the fixture frame.
- The top side of the stem assembly (6″ stem), will then be attached to the swivel.
- Insert recommended bulb (not included).
- Dress the fixture with crystal as illustrated.
