Raingler 2010 Rear Barrier Divider Net

Raingler-2010-Rear-Barrier-Divider-Net-PRODUCT

Product Information

The product is a rear barrier divider net designed for installation in 2010 and newer Lexus GX 460 vehicles behind the 2nd row seats. It is used to create a barrier between the rear cargo area and the passenger compartment, preventing items from shifting and potentially causing harm during travel. The net is adjustable and can be installed using factory handles or by creating custom mounting points for better fitment.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting, ensure that you have read the instructions fully.
  2. Estimated installation time: approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Tools required:
  4. Ratchet or Wrench
  5. 10MM socket/wrench
  6. Step 1: Loop the top straps through the rear overhead handles, but do not fully tighten yet.
  7. Optional: If you would like to install the square ring (provided) and your grab handles have removable bolts, remove the rear bolt for the back upper grab handle and install the square ring using the factory bolt.
  8. Step 2: Install mid mounts on the lower handles located on the back seat side panel.
  9. Step 3: Install the lower mounts using the tether ring strap provided, and mount onto the rear lower seat belt bolt. Use a ratchet and a towel to prevent any tar-like substance from getting on your interior.
  10. Step 4: Once all six points are connected and back into the buckles, tension the top straps first to raise the net all the way up. Then tension the middle and lower straps to adjust the net’s slack for the desired fit, ensuring that the seats recline as desired.
  11. Step 5: Tie up the loose ends by feeding the end of the strap through the opening of the buckle to create a loop. Feed the strap through the loop and behind it until no strap is hanging. Refer to the provided video link for further details.

2010 – Newer Lexus GX 460 Behind 2nd Row Seats
Rear Barrier Divider Net Installation
NOTE : Many newer models have B-pillar handles and even overhead on the ceiling that can be used for some of the top mounting locations. Check to see if you prefer to use these factory locations as the nets typically have enough adjustment to allow for this option. If your vehicle does not have handles in desired locations or you prefer to install mounting points for better fitment, please follow the below steps.

Installation

  1. Step 1
Loop the top straps through the rear overhead handles, but  don’t fully tighten yet. OPTIONAL: The square rings provided are optional, and only work in some models. If you would like to  install the square ring and your grab handles have  removable bolts, remove the rear bolt for the back  upper grab handle as shown, and install the square  ring using the factory bolt.

  2. Step 2
Install mid mounts on the lower handles located on the back seat  side panel.

  3. Step 3
Install the lower mounts using the tether ring strap provided, and mount onto the rear lower seat belt bolt as shown. This bolt is installed at the factory with a tar like substance, and the bolt is in there tight. Use a ratchet and a towel to ensure that tar doesn’t get on your interior.

  4. Step 4
Once all six points are connected and back into the buckles, tension the top straps first to raise the net all the way up. Then tension the middle and lower straps to draw out the net’s slack how you like the fit best, checking that the seats recline as desired.

  5. Step 5
Tie up the loose ends. You can do this by feeding the end of the strap through the opening of the buckle to create a loop. Feed the strap through the loop, and the strap behind, continue until no strap is hanging.
