Product Information
The Microphone G1(A2) is a wireless microphone system manufactured by SYNCO. It consists of a TX Transmitter, an RX Receiver, and various accessories. The system operates on a digital 2.4GHz wireless transmission and has a working distance of up to 164ft/50m in LOS (line-of-sight) areas and 98ft/30m in NLOS (non-line-of-sight) areas. The microphone system features a pocket clip for easy attachment, a 3.5mm TRS mic input, and a built-in lithium battery for power.
The TX Transmitter has an external mic input, USB-C port for charging, power button, reset function, low cut function, pairing indicator, built-in mic, and a pocket clip. The RX Receiver includes a USB-C port for charging, power button with a mono/stereo switch, a reset function, channel A and B gain control, a 3.5mm audio output, a 3.5mm monitoring jack, a pocket clip, a pairing indicator, and power indicator.
The product package includes a mic windshield, RX receiver, two TX transmitters, carrying bag, eject pin, 3-in-1 charging cable, two external lav mics with wind muff, 3.5mm TRRS phone cable, and a 3.5mm TRS camera cable.
Product Usage Instructions
- Power Button: Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the system. Short press the power button on the RX for the Mono/Stereo switch.
- Pairing: The system will pair automatically after power on. If you need manual pairing, long press channel A to gain control and channel B to gain control on the RX, and the pairing button on the TX, the system will start to pair.
- Connection: Connect the receiver to recording devices using a 3.5mm TRRS Phone Cable or a 3.5mm TRS Camera Cable, depending on your device.
- Installation: Attach the transmitter or the external mic to the speaker’s clothing. Install the receiver to the camera’s hot shoe using the pocket clip. Make sure to properly insert the external mic into the mic input when using it.
- Gain Control: The initial gain level is set to the microphone’s original volume. Each press of the gain control button increases the gain by one level, up to a maximum of four levels. When the gain is at the maximum level, pressing the button once will return it to the initial value.
- Charging: Before use, fully charge the TX and RX using the USB-C port and the provided charging cable.

Operations

Power Button

Attach the transmitter or the external mic to the speaker’s clothing. Install the receiver to the camera’s hot shoe via the pocket clip. (Note: When using the external mic, please insert it into the mic input properly.) -
Gain Control
The initial value of the gain is the microphone’s original volume. Each press of the gain control button increases the gain by one level, fourth level at most. When the gain is at max level, press once and return to initial value. -
Charging
Please fully charge the TX and RX via the USB-C port and the charging cable before use.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
- Faults resulted from inappropriate use of a product without following its operation specification
- Artificial damage, e.g. crash, squeeze, scratch, or soaking
- Modifications to a product by its user or a third party without the prior written consent of SYNCO, e.g. replacement of element or circuit, label alteration
- The code on the product is inconsistent with that of the warranty certificate, or the code on the product or warranty certificate is altered or torn off
- All consumable accessories attached to a product, like a cable, wind muff, battery
- Faults as a result of force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.

- Please retain your sales receipt and warranty certificate as proof of purchase.
- If any of these documents are missing, only sales returns or chargeable services will be provided.
- If the SYNCO product is out of warranty coverage, the service and the cost of the parts will be charged.
