Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off:

  • Power On: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the TX and RX. The display screen will light up.
  • Power Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the TX and RX. The display screen will turn off.

Pairing:

  • Automatic Pairing: The TX/RX automatically pair after turning on.
  • Manual Pairing: Long press both transmitter and receiver for 3 seconds to power off. After shutdown, long press both power buttons for 8 seconds to enter the connecting state.

Connection Status: Disconnected, Connecting, Successfully Connected.

Channel Output Connection:
The receiver outputs audio via a 3.5mm OUT output using a 3.5mm TRRS phone cable or a 3.5mm TRS camera cable.

Note: Only TRS interface microphones are supported.

Real-time Monitoring:
The receiver’s 3.5mm monitoring port supports digital monitoring to monitor both transmitter sound and device input sound simultaneously.

Note: Ensure correct microphone insertion and volume control settings.

FAQ

What cables are included in the package?
The package includes a 2-in-1 charging cable, external lav mic with wind muff, 3.5mm TRRS phone cable, and a 3.5mm TRS camera cable.

How do I adjust the volume on the transmitter?
To adjust volume on the transmitter, press the gain adjustment button for 6 levels (0-3-6-9-12-15).

Operations

Power On/ Off

  • Power On
    The TX and RX automatically turn on when long press the power button for 3 seconds, and the display screen lights up.

  • Power Off
    The TX and RX automatically turn off when long press the power button for 3 seconds, and the display screen lights off.

Pairing
Automatic Pairing
Automatically pairing after the TX/RX turns on.

Manual Pairing

  1. Long press the transmitter and receiver at the same time for 3 seconds to power off .
  2. After shutdown, long press the power button of the transmitter and receiver for 8 seconds at the same time to enter the [connecting ] state.
  3. Successfully Connected show as the picture

Note: Before successful connection, the transmitter channel displays
A by default. The transmitter connected to the receiver first is the transmitter A, and the later one is the transmitter B.

Channel output connection

  1. 3.5mm OUT output
    The receiver outputs the audio signal to the recording device via either a 3.5mm TRRS phone cable or a 3.5mm TRS camera cable. Please use the appropriate cable according to your device.SYNCO-G2A1-Wireless-Microphone-System-FIG-

    Note: When using an external microphone, please insert it correctly into the microphone input jack. Only TRS interface microphones are supported.

  2. Type-C port digital output

Note: When connecting the computer, enter the sound Settings and set the input microphone to SYNCO G2Pro to use G2 recording; Set the output speaker to SYNCO G2 Pro to use real-time ear return in the receiver listening interface.

Real-time monitoring
The 3.5mm monitoring port of the receiver supports digital monitoring,which can simultaneously monitor the sound source of the transmitter and the input sound source of the device.

Volume Control

  1. Press the power button on the TX to turn on/off the mute.
  2. Short press the gain adjustment button of the TX to adjust the volume for 6 levels (0-3-6-9-12-15).
  3. Short press the gain adjustment of A/B TX buttons on the RX to adjust the volume of A/B TX.

Noise Cancellation
Short press the noise cancellation button on the transmitter to switch between noise-control modes:

  1. Noise Cancellation Off
  2. Low-Level Noise Cancellation
  3. High-Level Noise Cancellation

Switch the Channel Mode
Short press the power button on the RX to switch the mono/stereo/safety channel mode.
Default mono mode.

Charging
Connect the charging cable through Type-C port of TX and RX,and fully charged in about 2 hours.
( Note: The grey end of the 2-in-1 charging cable included in the package can be used for digital output. )

Setting The Recording Level Correctly
Camera devices generally have poor-quality, noisy preamps. In order to get the cleanest signals possible, it is highly recommended that you set the recording level on your camera quite low, 1/2 or 1/3 of it.
G2 provides variable gain control, allowing you to tailor your levels to just about environment and recording device.

Warranty

Warranty Period
Thank you for purchasing SYNCO products.

  1. Customers are entitled to free replacement or repair service in case of quality defect(s) found in the product under normal use within 30 days upon receipt of the product.
  2. Original SYNCO products are entitled to 12-month limited warranty service. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user.
    Within the warranty period, if product defect or failure is attributable to material defection or technological problem, the defective product or defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge (service and materials fee).

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
Faults resulted from inappropriate use of a product without following its operation specification:

  1. Artificial damage, e.g. crash, squeeze, scratch, or soaking
  2. Modifications to a product by its user or a third party without prior written consent of SYNCO, e.g. replacement of element or circuit, label alteration
  3. The code on product is inconsistent with that of warranty certificate, or the code on the product or warranty certificate is altered or torn off
  4. All consumable accessory attached to a product, like cable, wind muff, battery
  5. Faults as a result of force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.

  2. Please retain your sales receipt and warranty certificate as proof of purchase. If any of these documents is missing, only sales return or chargeable service will be provided.
  3. If the SYNCO product is out of the warranty coverage, the service and the parts cost will be charged.
