Product Overview

Use

To ensure the safety of use, please be sure to read carefully and follow the following rules

Notes for use:

  1. Before use, check whether the operating power (voltage/frequency) marked on the product is consistent with the local power supply.
  2. Please observe for a period of time after the product is running to see if it can operate normally. If there is abnormal noise during the use of the filter and the cause cannot be identified, please stop using it.
  3. The wires and coils have been made waterproof protection and cannot be repaired or replaced if they are damaged. Do not move or lift the filter by pulling on the power cord to avoid damaging the power cord. If the power cable or plug is damaged, please stop using it.
  4. Do not clip or tie up the wires for use. To prevent water from flowing back into the plug and socket by following the power cord, please place the power cord in a U-shape or install the socket above the water level of the aquarium.
  5. Do not run the filter without water to avoid permanent damage to the filter. The minimum water level should not be less than 4cm (1.58in).
  6. Regularly clean the filter material to ensure the normal and efficient filtration of the filter. (It is recommended to take out the filter material and clean it once every 1-2 weeks, and clean the rotor if necessary.)
  7. When putting your hand into water or cleaning and maintaining the filter, cut off the power supply first to prevent accidents.
  8. Please do not use this product near flammable objects (gasoline, thinner, etc.).
  9. This product is an electrical appliance that works with water. To ensure the safety of using electricity, minors should be accompanied and guided by adults to use it.

Caution: When using this filter, the minimum water level should not be less than 4cm.

Common abnormal problems, reasons and solutions

The outlet water flow becomes smaller The water level in the aquarium is too
