CRYSTORAMA FOS-A8051-CH LED Bathroom Vanity
Product Information
The product is a lighting fixture with model number FOS-A8051-CH. It can be mounted both horizontally and vertically. The fixture requires 1-6W 600 Lumens 2700k TI0-LED Dimmable, E26 Medium Base Bulb which is included in the package. All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes. Product Usage Instructions
- Locate the fixture arm that has the cylinder nut.
- With the enclosed wrench, remove the set screw within the cylinder nut.
- On the same arm, unscrew the top finial and slowly remove the arm, lid, and glass shade.
- Install the recommended bulb and follow steps 1-3 in reverse, to assemble the shade and arm.
- The fixture can now be connected and mounted horizontally or vertically.

How to Install
