Product Information

The BLG7500 is a high-powered device with a power of 7.5 kW. It is manufactured by Nikolaou Tools and is designed to be used in open spaces with natural ventilation to ensure quick dispersal of any gas leaks. The device produces carbon monoxide, which is an odorless gas, and using it in enclosed facilities such as trailers, cars or rooms can cause carbon monoxide intoxication and result in death. The manufacturer reserves the right to make minor changes to product design and technical specifications without prior notice unless these changes significantly affect the performance and safety of the product.

Usage Instructions

To ensure the safety and reliability of the product and the warranty validity, all repair, inspection, repair or replacement work, including maintenance and special adjustments, must only be carried out by technicians of the authorized service department of the manufacturer. Always use the product with the supplied equipment. Operation of the product with non-provided equipment may cause malfunctions or even serious injury or death. The manufacturer and the importer shall not be liable for injuries and damages resulting from the use of non-conforming equipment.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not use a gas other than the type specified on the attached label.
• The appliance should only be used for cooking. To avoid accidents, do not dry towels, or clothes and do not use them to cover the fireplace.
• Avoid covering the flame with dishes or placing flammable materials such as papers or clothes around the unit.
• Use it in a well-ventilated room, but without air flow.
• Do not use vinyl rubber tubes. It is likely to soften with heat. Only use the special hose recommended for this application.
• Never use a damaged pipe because it may be cracked and not have the required elasticity at its ends. Such piping may cause gas leakage.
• Ensure that the rubber tubing does not come into contact with any of the surfaces of the hearth and is not below it.
• When using, do not leave your home or sleep, make sure you turn off the ignition switch (if available) and the gas supply valve after use. When it comes to leaving home or falling asleep, make sure the switches are closed.
• If abnormal combustion occurs during use, close the supply valve and check the device with the help of the table of possible problems and solutions.
•  Avoid touching the burner grill, tray, etc. immediately after use or during use.
• If a gas leak is detected, close the gas supply valve, open all windows, and call your dealer to help with this problem and avoid the dangers involved, avoid switching on or off the electric switch or ignition due to the use of a lighter in any other equipment that could cause the ignition of the gas.
• If the hearth is used with poor quality or a regulator that has operating problems, there may be an uneven – unstable gas pressure in the hob, causing incomplete combustion or other problems. Use a suitable gas regulator recommended by your supplier.
• If you suspect the unit is defective, do not use it and call your supplier.
• Check the connections using soapy water. Do not use a flame to check for leaks in the connections.
  Warning: This device should only be used in an open space, with natural ventilation, so that the wind could quickly disperse any and all gas leaks.
  Warning: Carbon monoxide intoxication risk. This device produces carbon monoxide, which is an odorless gas.
  Using this device in enclosed facilities such as trailers cars or rooms employs a high risk of DEATH.

WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

1. Spare parts that wear out naturally as a consequence of being used (expendable parts).
2. Gas stoves are damaged as a result of non-compliance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
3. Gas stoves are poorly maintained.
4. Use of improper detergents or accessories.
5. Gas stoves given to third entities free of charge.
6. Damage or malfunction on results ng from improper cleaning procedure of the grill gas.
7. Contact of the gas stove with chemicals, or damage as a result of moisture or corrosion.
8. Gas stoves that have been modifi ed or opened by unauthorized personnel.
9. Gas stoves used for rent.

The warranty covers only the free-of-charge replacement of the component that presents a manufacturing defect or material failure. In case of lack of a specifi c spare part the company reserves the right to replace the gas grill with another corresponding model. After all warranty procedures have been concluded, the warranty period of the gas stove shall not be extended or renewed. Replacement of a spare part with a repair charge is covered by a 1 year warranty of good operation, subject to compliance with the warranty terms. The spare parts or gas stoves that are replaced remain in the possession of our company. Requirements, other than those mentioned in this warranty form, regarding gas grills repairs or damage thereof, do not apply. Greek law and relative regulations apply to this warranty.
