Product Information

The product is a wall-mounted light fixture with model number 508-GA-SA and a damp rating. It requires five candelabra base bulbs with a recommended wattage of 40 watts and a maximum wattage of 60 watts. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. The product comes with a mounting plate, wall anchors, anchor screws, machine screws, wire nuts, ball nuts, leaf assemblies, and socket rings.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Install the backplate onto the outlet box and secure it with the ball nuts. Adjust the leaves forward or backward to achieve the preferred depth.
2. Unscrew the socket ring from the socket, put the metal leaf on the socket, and secure the socket ring back to the socket.
3. Insert the recommended bulb into each socket (bulbs not included).
4. The fixture can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.

How to Install Mounting Plate

1. Place the mounting plate over the outlet box and mark two points on the wall at the center of the keyholes.
2. Drill holes at the marked points and insert wall anchors inside each hole.
3. Place the mounting plate over the outlet box and secure it with machine screws. Insert anchor screws inside wall anchors and tighten them.

How to install

1. Install the backplate onto the outlet box, and secure it with the ball nuts. (The leaves can be adjusted forward and backward to achieve the depth you prefer.)
2. Unscrew the socket ring from the socket, then put the metal leaf on the socket, and secure the socket ring back to the socket.
3. Insert recommended bulb (not included).
4. The fixture can be mounted either horizontally and vertically.

How to install the mounting plate:

1. Put the mounting plate over the outlet box and mark the two points on the wall at the center of key holes.
2. Drill the holes at the marked points and insert the wall anchor inside the hole drilled.
3. Place the mounting plate over the outlet box and secure it with the machine screws, insert the wall anchor screws inside the wall anchors in the wall and tighten it.
