Sports Flood Light – CHAMPION 2
The CHAMPION 2 Sports Flood Light is a powerful lighting solution designed for outdoor sports arenas and large areas that require bright illumination. It comes in different wattage options ranging from 300W to 1200W and is available in yoke mount or slip fitter installation options. The fixture is designed to be protected from fire, electric shock, and vibration, and should only be installed by a qualified electrician or engineer. The yoke mount has angle markings for horizontal and tilt aiming, while the slip fitter allows for easy angle adjustment. The fixture has a visor that can be easily attached using screws provided and comes with a driver box that requires secondary cables to connect the fixture.
Product Usage Instructions
Before starting the installation process, please read all instructions carefully and make sure to turn off the power. Ensure that the local voltage range is compatible with the fixture before installation. If the fixture is damaged, it should be replaced by the supplier, a service agent, or another qualified source.
Visor Installation
- To install the visor on the lamp body, place it on the lamp body and fasten it using the screws provided.
- For 400W/500W fixtures, use 5pcs of M512mm screws, and for 750W/1000W/1200W fixtures, use 6pcs of M512mm screws.
Yoke Mount Installation
To install the fixture using the yoke mount, place it on the installed stand and attach it by loosely fastening with M20 and M10 screws. Adjust the bracket and fixture to desired position using angle markings on yoke for horizontal aiming and angle markings on arm for tilt aiming. Fully tighten screws to complete installation.
Slip Fitter Installation
To install the fixture using the slip fitter, place it on the light pole and fasten the screws to attach the slip fitter to the pole. Adjust the fixture to the desired angle and lock screws on the slip fitter bracket.
Driver Box Installation
To install the driver box, position it on the pole and fasten it with M8 screws. Please note that secondary cables required to connect the fixture to the driver box are not included and should be obtained separately. The driver is IP66 rated, and the driver box is IP67 rated.

WARNING

WIRING DIAGRAM
VISOR INSTALLATION
400W/500W
- Place the visor on the lamp body.
- Fasten visor to body using 5pcs of M5*12mm screws provided
750W/1000W/1200W
- Place the visor on the lamp body.
- Fasten visor to body using 6pcs of M5*12mm screws provided
YOKE MOUNT INSTALLATION
- Place fixture on installed stand.
- Attach the fixture by loosely fastening with M20 and M10 screws
- Adjust the bracket and fixture to desired position, using angle markings on yoke for horizontal aiming and angle markings on arm for tilt aiming (fig 1.)
- Fully tighten screws to complete installation.
SLIP FITTER INSTALLATION
- Place fixture on light pole.
- Fasten the screws to attach slip fitter to pole.
- Adjust fixture to desired angle.
- Lock screws on slip fitter bracket.
