Product Information

The Crank 55 x 24 Height Adjustable Desk (SKU: DESK-M55TB) is a desk that can be adjusted to different heights. It has a weight capacity of 88lbs (40kg), comes with a product warranty, and can be returned within 30 days. The package includes lifting columns, a desktop, a sync rod, a crank, upper and lower crossbars, screws, pads, washers, and an Allen wrench.

Product Usage Instructions

Before assembling, check that all parts are included and not damaged. Contact customer support if any parts are missing or defective.
Use the Phillips screwdriver, drill, and level as needed.
Start with step 1: Install Sync Rod. Stand up Lifting Columns (A) and insert Sync Rod (B) into the socket on each column. Use Crank (F) to align columns if needed.
Proceed to step 2: Assemble Upper Crossbar. Assemble Upper Crossbar (C) to the top of the columns using the M5x60mm Screws (S-C) and Lower Crossbar (D) to the back using M6x12mm Screws (S-A). Tighten all screws using Allen Wrench (T-A).
Refer to the assembly video or product link for further assistance.
Use the desk according to the instructions in the manual. Do not exceed weight capacity or use the desk for any purpose not specified in the manual. Failure to follow instructions may result in damage or injury.
If any parts are received damaged/defective or you are missing a part, contact customer support within 30 days of product delivery for a replacement at no cost.
If the product doesn’t work out, contact customer support within 30 days for a hassle-free return. Note that return shipping charges for items ordered in error or no longer needed will be at the buyer’s expense.

We cannot be liable for damage or injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly or inappropriate use.

NOTE : SOME HARDWARE INCLUDED MAY NOT BE USED

WARNING
PINCH POINT DO NOT place hands on or near support bars. Moving parts can crush and cut. Pinch points are created during lifting and lowering the worksurface. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1: Install Sync Rod Stand up Lifting Columns (A) and insert Sync Rod (B) into the socket on each column. Use Crank (F) to align columns if needed.
STEP 2 : Assemble Upper Crossbar Assemble Upper Crossbar (C) to the top of the columns using the M5x60mm Screws (S-C) and Lower Crossbar (D) to the back using M6x12mm Screws (S-A). Tighten all screws using Allen Wrench (T-A).
STEP 3: Place Pads Remove adhesive backing from Pads (S-D) and place them on top of the assembled frame.
STEP 4 : Mount the Desktop Place Desktop (E) on top of the frame. Secure using the M6x35mm Screws (S-B) with M6 Washers (S-E), and tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.
STEP 5 : Leveling the Frame Insert Crank (F) into the hex socket of the lifting column
Figure 1 : Turn the crank to raise or lower the desk.
Figure 2 : Store the crank in the rear of the desk support bracket on the column as shown.
Figure 3 : Turn the foot pads to adjust the desk level.
Figure 4 : Use a bubble level to ensure the desk is sitting perfectly level.

Do not exceed desk weight limit.
Keep area of vertical motion free of obstacles
Keep weight on desk balanced for correct operation and longer life of components
Leave enough slack in cables to allow for full range of vertical motion
