CRYSTORAMA FRE-422-VG Fremont Two Light Wall Mount
Product Information
The Crystorama FRE-422-VG is a decorative wall sconce that provides ambient lighting. It has a dry rating, which means it is suitable for indoor use only. The sconce comes with a mounting plate, backplate, decorative arm, ball nut, socket, finial, fabric shade, screws, and lock washers. It requires two candelabra base bulbs with a recommended wattage of 40 watts and a maximum wattage of 60 watts. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. It should be noted that all electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate local electrical codes. Furthermore, this product can expose you to lead which is known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or reproductive harm.
Product Usage Instructions
- Turn off the power before starting the installation process.
- Attach the decorative arm to the bottom of the backplate using the lock washers and screws provided.
- Install the mounting plate to the outlet box using two outlet box screws.
- Install the backplate onto the mounting plate and secure it with the ball nut provided.
- Install the two candelabra base bulbs (not included) into the socket.
- Install the fabric shade onto the backplate and secure it with the final provided.
- Turn on the power and enjoy your new Crystorama FRE-422-VG wall sconce.

How to install
- Attach the decorative arm to the bottom of the backplate with the lock washers and screws.
- Install the mounting plate to the outlet box using two outlet box screws.
- Install the backplate onto the mounting plate, and secure it with the ball nut.
- Install the bulbs (not included) into the socket.
- Install the fabric shade onto the backplate, and secure it with the finial.
