1(888) 920-8680 from the USA or Canada. Concept 101 LLC warrants that the
product will be free from defects in material, parts and workmanship
for the period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Concept 101 LLC agrees
that it will, at its option, replace the defective product with either a new
or remanufactured product
equivalent to your original purchase during the warranty period. Please be

Important Safety Instructions
- Always clean the unit using a dry cloth, do not use liquids or any cleaners.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.

Charging the Case
Connect the charging case via Type-C cable to charge the case. During charging, the LED light will flash red. When charging is complete, the LED light will turn off.
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds will be turned off automatically and will start to charge.
Operating Instructions:
Turning ON/Auto Power
Remove both earbuds simultaneously and insert in your ears. Once the earbuds are taken out of the charging case the earbuds will power ON. Automatically and after 2 seconds the earbuds will pair together. And now the earbuds are ready to pair to your device
Note: In the event, the earbuds do not turn on, Tap function button for 2 seconds and you will hear an ascending audible tone
Turning OFF
- Put both earbuds simultaneously in the charging case. The earbuds will power OFF.
- Or tap the function button on the earbud for about 5 seconds. You will hear a descending audible tone and the earbuds will power OFF.
- If the earbuds are away from your Bluetooth® paired device for more than 5 minutes, the earbuds will power OFF.
Pairing to Your Device
Turn on the Bluetooth® feature on your device. The device will search for all Bluetooth® devices (see the user guide of your phone for instructions). Select GWE10 from Bluetooth® device list. Once selected, the device will pair with your GWE10 earbuds.
Phone Calls
- Answering the Call Tap the function button to answer the incoming call.
- Disconnecting the Call To disconnect the call, press any function button for 1 sec to disconnect
- Listening to Music
- Play Make sure your earbuds are connected to the device, once connected select the music from your device to play.
- Play/Pause While playing, tap any side function button once to pause and then tap again to play.
- Volume + Tap the Right function button 2 times to increase the volume.
- Volume – Tap the left function button 2 times to decrease the volume.
- Next song Tap the right function button for 3 sec to play the next song.
- Previous Song Tap the left function button for 3 sec to play the previous song.
