Product Information
The SF-882 Shipping Scale is a device designed to accurately weigh packages and parcels up to 200kg with a division of 50g. The device comes with a weighing plate, LCD display, power adapter, battery cover, and indicator jar cover. The LCD display is powered by either 4AA batteries or an AC adapter and the scale operates on a 2.4GHz wireless connection. The device meets relevant safety standards and is manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies and components.
Product Usage
- Before using the device, read all instructions carefully toensure safe and trouble-free operation.
- Connect the device to a power source using either the power adapter or 4AA batteries.
- Place the item to be weighed on the weighing plate (A).
- Press the ON/OFF button of weighing pan (C) to turn on the weighing pan. The red signal light (D) will indicate that the weighing pan is powered on.
- If the blue signal light (E) lights up, it indicates that thewireless connection is successful.
- The weight of the item will be displayed on the LCD display (K) in either kg or g units.
- To turn off the device, press the ON/OFF button of weighing pan (C) again.
- The TARE button (N) can be used to reset the scale to zero for weighing multiple items.
- Do not use the device in very humid environments or in the direct vicinity of water tanks. Prevent the device from getting wet and do not touch the device with wet or damp hands.

Usage Safety
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to
follow the warnings and instructions may result in an electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury or even death.
The terms „device“ or „product“ are used in the warnings and instructions to
refer to the Parcel/Letter Scale. Do not use in very humid environments or in
the direct vicinity of water tanks. Prevent the device from getting wet. Do
not touch the device with wet or damp hands.
SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE

a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well-lit. A messy or poorly-lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try to think ahead, observe what is going on and use common sense when working with the

When using the device, protect children and other bystanders.
PERSONAL SAFETY
The device is not designed to be handled by persons (including children) with
limited mental and sensory functions or persons lacking relevant experience
and/ or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or they have received instructions on how to operate the device.
SAFE USE OF THE DEVICE
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not function properly (does
not switch the device on and off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not be operated and must be
repaired.
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from children and people not
familiar with the device, who have not read the user manual. The device may
pose a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by qualified persons, only
using original spare parts. This will ensure safe use.
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do not remove factory
fitted guards and do not loosen any screws.
Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable encrustation of dirt. Exceeding
the maximum weight load may cause damage to the device. Check the condition of
the scale hook before each use.
Use Guidline
The device is designed to weigh a person standing on the weighing platform.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from nonintended use of the
device.

PREPARING FOR USE
The balance should be used in a space free of wind, corrosion, vibration,
humidity and temperature variations.
DEVICE USE
Switching the device on/off:
- Press the ON/OFF button.
Weighing:
Place the scales on a flat surface.
Press the ON/OFF button and hold it until the value 0.0 is displayed. Place
the load on the scales; the weight value will be shown on the display.
Functions:
TARE – taring:
- Place an empty container on the scales.
- Press the “TARE” button to tare the scales for the value 0 g.
- Place the load on the scale.
MODE – change of the unit of measurement:
Press the MODE button to change the unit of measurement (lb:oz,lb,kg).
Steps to enable wireless connection:
- Open the lateral cover and take out the indicator
- Please put the battery into the indicator and weighing pan to ensure that it can be powered on
- After turning on the silver power button on the weighing pan, the red and blue lights will light up at the same time, the blue light will flash rapidly, indicating that the weighing pan transmits wireless signals
- Press the ON button, the indicator will fully display “—-” which means that the connection between indicator and weighing pan is successful. in this way, it can be weighed.
- If the connection is unsuccessful or disconnected, the blue light on the weighing pan will flash rapidly for 10 seconds and then automatically shut down, and the symbol on the upper left corner of the indicator display will automatically turn off after flashing for 10 seconds, and the symbol will not flash after the connection is successful
Note:
- The distance between the LCD display and the scale body is no more than 10 meters and there is no foreign object to block the connection.
- The independent frequency signal transmission is anti-interference and the mobile phone signal does not interfere.
- When using dry batteries, the indicator will automatically turn off within 5 minutes.Using the adapter, the indicator will never shut down.
- When the indicator is turned off, the weighing pan will also shut down, otherwise if the indicator isn’t shut down, the scale body will never be shut down
Calibration:
- Switch the scale on.
- Press the MODE button and hold it until the message “cal” is shown on he display.
- The calibration function has been activated.
- When a value is shown, place the corresponding weight on the scale pan ( 10 kg, 20kg,50kg are available).
- Wait until the message “PASS” is shown.
- The calibration procedure is finished.
- If the loading weight isn’t stable or you stop calibration,the scale will show “Err” and automatically turn off after one minute.
- If you fail in calibration,the scale will show “Err” and automatically turn off.
- You can press “ON/OFF” to stop calibration.
Error messages:
- “O_Ld” – scales overload
- “Lo” – low battery
USE GUIDELINES
- Do NOT leave a load on the scale for long periods of time.
- Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not place the unit in direct sunlight or near air conditioning units.
- Avoid using strong electrical or magnetic fields during use.
- Avoid vibration. Do not place the device near heavy or vibrating machinery.
- Do not place the unit close to open windows, doors or fans that may cause unstable results due to air currents.
- Keep your machine clean. Do not store products on the scale when it is not being used.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- a) Use non-corrosive cleaners to clean each surface.
- b) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried before reusing it.
- c) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight. Do not store the scales upright.
- d) Never spray the device with water jets.
- e) Regular inspections of the device must be carried out to check its technical efficiency and for any damage.
- f) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
- g) Do not leave the battery in the device if it will not be used for a longer period.
- h) The device must not be washed with water. This prohibition applies for both external and internal parts.
SAFE REMOVAL OF BATTERIES AND RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- To replace the battery, remove the flap in the housing, insert the batteries in accordance with the markings on the device, and close the flap.
- The device takes 1.5Vx3AA batteries or AC adapter.
- Dead batteries are removed from the device using the same procedure by which they are installed.
- Dispose of batteries with the appropriate recycling facility.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems. Hand it over to an electronic and electrical device recycling and collection point. Check the symbol on the product, user manual and packaging. The plastics used to construct the device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By choosing to recycle, you are making a significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
