TWS MODE

If you have two Trek Mini speakers, you can enable TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Mode to sync their output.

Start with both speakers powered off and within range of each other.
Make sure that your device is also within range and that wireless pairing on the device is turned off. -
Now turn on both speakers and make sure they are in pairing mode, as indicated by a rapidly flashing blue light on each speaker.

Press twice quickly on one of the speakers. This speaker will emit a series of beeps.

If the TWS connection is successful, both speakers will play a short musical tone.

Now turn on wireless pairing on your device and select “Wren Trek Mini” from the list of available connections. When successfully paired, both speakers will emit a beep. You are now ready to play in TWS Mode.

Note : If you have recently paired one of your speakers to your device, that speaker may reconnect to your device automatically when turned on. In that case, open the wireless connection settings on your device and “forget” the Wren Trek Mini. Then start the TWS connection process again from the beginning.

Note : When in use in TWS Mode and actively outputting sound, the left channel speaker will display a slowly flashing blue light. If output is paused, the light will return to solid blue. The right channel speaker will show a solid blue light at all times when in TWS Mode.
HOW TO USE
- Long Press to tum on the speaker. Press and hold el for three seconds to turn off. When powering on or powering off, the speaker will play a sound.
- Press to play or pause audio.
- Press + or – to control the audio volume.
- Long press + or – to skip to the next or previous track.
- To answer an incoming call on a connected phone, press . Press again to end the call. Press and hold for two seconds to reject an incoming call.
- Press and hold for three seconds to disconnect the speaker from a connected device.
- If needed, press and hold for eight seconds to reset the speaker.
CHARGING YOUR SPEAKER
- Open the port cover on the rear of the speaker and connect the included charging cable to the port labeled USB-C. Connect the other end to a USB power source. A red light will turn on to indicate the battery is charging. When the battery is fully charged, the red light will turnoff.
- To optimize long-term battery performance, do not use the speaker while charging, and avoid using the speaker in high-temperature environments. Turn off the speaker when not in use.
- A full charge may take up to three hours and should provide up to ten hours of playback.
CONNECTING TO YOUR DEVICE
- To connect a device (phone, laptop, tablet, or other) to the speaker, start with the speaker turned off, then long press to tum it on. The speaker will enter pairing mode automatically, as indicated by a rapidly flashing blue light.
- Tum on wireless pairing on your device and search for the speaker, which will appear as “Wren Trek Mini” on the list of available connections. Select this; when the speaker has successfully paired with your device, the flashing blue light will turn solid and a tone will sound.
- Note: the speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device (if available and within range).
- You can also play certain audio files (such as .MP3) from a microSD card. Open the port cover and insert a micro SD card in the slot labeled micros□. If the speaker is already powered on, audio from the micro SD card will begin playing automatically. If the speaker is powered off, audio from the micro SD card will begin playing once you power on the speaker. To switch sources between wireless and micro SD, press once.
BATTERY LIFE
- You can check the remaining battery life on your speaker by first pairing It to your device. Once it is paired, open the list of wireless connections on your device. The battery life should be shown next to the entry for the Wren Trek Mini.
- When the remaining battery life is down to approximately 15%, the speaker will play a notification sound every 60 seconds until the battery is recharged or it is nun down to empty.
