WARNING: Do not use this blower until you have read this instruction manual and are familiar with the safety, operation, and maintenance instructions.

WORK AREA SAFETY

Keep the work area clean and well lit.

Do not use power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of liquids, gases or fuel vapors. Power tools create sparks that can ignite fuel gases or vapors.

Keep children and bystanders away. All visitors and pets must be kept a safe distance from the work area.

Do not allow children or untrained persons to use this machine.

Do not expose power tools to rain or moisture. If water gets into a power tool, it will increase the risk of electric shock.

Do not handle the plug or tool with wet hands.

Never allow children to operate the equipment. Never allow adults to operate the equipment without proper instruction.

Always wear goggles and a protective mask.

Clip long hair above shoulder level to prevent it from getting caught in moving parts.

Do not expose the machine to rain, store it indoors.

Do not operate in low light conditions.

Keep all parts of your body away from any moving parts of the machine.

Wear long pants, safety boots and gloves. Avoid loose clothing and jewelry that can get caught in moving parts of the machine.

Do not force the machine.

Do not use the equipment barefoot or with sandals or inappropriate footwear. Wear protective footwear.

Maintain a firm stance and balance when using the blower.

Do not use the tool if the switch is not functional.

Keep all bystanders, children and pets at least 50 meters away.

Do not use this unit when you are tired, ill, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

Keep all parts of your body away from moving parts and all hot surfaces of the tool.

Use only original spare parts and accessories from the manufacturer. Use of any other part may create a hazard or cause damage to the product.

Do not charge the battery tool in the rain or in a wet place. This rule will reduce the risk of electric shock.

Battery powered tools must not be plugged into an electrical outlet; so they are always in working condition. Be aware of potential hazards even

when not using the cordless tool or when changing accessories. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock, fire or serious personal injury.

Disconnect the battery before servicing or cleaning the machine.

Use only RURIS battery.

Do not dispose of batteries in fire, the cells may explode. Consult local regulations for possible special disposal instructions.

Do not open or damage batteries. The released electrolyte is corrosive and can cause skin and eye irritation. May be toxic if swallowed.

Do not place battery tools or their batteries near fire or heat. This will reduce the risk of explosion.

Do not crush, drop or damage the battery. Do not use a damaged battery or charger.

Do not point the tool at people or pets.

When not in use, the tool should be stored indoors in a dry, locked area out of the reach of children.

Handle the tool with care. Keep the tool clean for high performance.

PERSONAL SECURITY

All persons, children and pets must remain a safe distance from the work area.

Do not use the tool when you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.

Do not use the tool for any work other than that for which it is intended.

Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when using the tool.

Wear safety glasses.

Avoid accidental start. Make sure the switch is in the off position before connecting the battery or when transporting the tool.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

Familiarize yourself with the tool. Read the manual carefully, learn about its applications and limitations, and specific potential hazards associated with this machine.

Check for misaligned or jammed moving parts, broken parts, and any other defects that could affect the operation of the tool. If damaged, repair the power tool before using it.

Do not force the power tool. Use the power tool correctly for your application.

Disconnect the battery from the power tool before making adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.

Check the operation of the tool before using it.

Do not use the tool if it does not have a legible warning label.

Use the power tool in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions. Using the power tool for operations other than those intended could result in a hazardous situation.

Battery safety rules

Battery powered tools must not be plugged into an electrical outlet; therefore, they are always in working order. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock, fire or serious personal injury.

WARNING: When transporting or servicing the unit, always disconnect the battery.

Service

Tool maintenance should only be performed by qualified personnel. Service or maintenance performed by unqualified personnel may increase the risk of accidents. When servicing a tool, use only original spare parts.

The battery benefits from the “α UP-Innovation RURIS” function. This function helps the battery when it reaches the critical discharge threshold. Ruris came up with an innovation in the system of cells inside the battery, through which the battery can be recharged after a long period of time in which it has been discharged. Thus, RURIS users can enjoy the reliability and innovation of RURIS. After storage, charging is recommended at an interval of 6 months – 1 year.

BLOWER TUBE

The blower tube can be installed on the blower without using any tools. assembling.
To prevent accidental starting that could cause serious personal injury, always remove the battery from the blower when assembling parts.

  • Insert the blower tube over the outlet.
  • Slide the blower tube over the housing outlet until it locks.

You can use this blower for the purposes listed below:

  • Cleaning surfaces such as driveways and driveways.
  • Keeping driveways, garages and decks clear by removing leaves, pine needles and other small debris.

It is not intended for use other than those listed above.

NOTE: To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the battery and keep hands away from the variable speed trigger when carrying or carrying the tool.

INSTALLING THE BATTERY

Insert the battery into the blower. Align the raised rib of the battery with the grooves in the blower battery port.

Make sure that the lock button on the bottom of the battery snaps into place and that the battery is secured in the blower before starting operation.

  • Release the variable speed trigger to stop the blower.
  • Press and hold the button on the bottom of the battery.
  • Remove the battery from the blower.

  • To start the blower, turn the switch on, then press and hold the variable speed trigger button. The harder it is pressed, the stronger the air speed.
  • To stop the blower, just turn off the switch.

Batteries are always in working order. Therefore, the switch should always be in the OFF position when not in use or carried near you.

To keep the debris from spreading, blow around the outer edges of the debris piles. Never blow directly into the center of a pile. In dusty conditions, lightly dampen surfaces. Watch out for children, pets, open windows or cars.

Use only original RURIS spare parts. Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts, they can damage, weaken or destroy the plastic. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, etc.

Never leave brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum products, penetrating oils, etc. come into contact with the plastic parts. They contain chemicals that can damage, weaken or  destroy plastic.

Do not attempt to modify this tool or create accessories that are not recommended for use. Any such modification constitutes misuse and may result in possible serious personal injury.

To avoid injury, always remove the battery from the blower when cleaning or performing any maintenance.

BLOWER STORAGE

Clean the blower thoroughly before storage. Store the blower in a dry, well- ventilated place out of the reach of children.

  • Store and charge batteries in a cool area. Temperatures above or below normal room temperature will shorten battery life.
  • Never store discharged batteries. Wait for the battery to cool down and fully charge.
