Always wear approved eye protection. -
Prepare before bending by placing the tube upright in the bender housing and pulling out the feed lever. The former with dented rod will retract back under the effect of gravity. Turn the sliding pieces with correct size slots and face them to the former slot. Then place the tube between former and sliding pieces.

After bending, take out the bended tube by up righting the bender and pulling out the feed lever. The former with dented rod will retract back under the effect of gravity. If the bended tube gets stuck in the former slot, remove them from housing together. If the tube is still stuck, hold the tube with one hand and use a tool such as a hammer to strike the former in the position shown in the figure. Do not strike the tube.

To prepare for bending using the universal crossbar and former, insert the correct size former in the former holder and place the correct size universal crossbar on the universal crossbar holder and tighten it with a wing screw. Choose the same size sliding pieces with sized slots and face the former slot. The sizes are engraved on formers and sliding pieces.

The VEVOR 90° TUBE BENDER is used to Bend 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″ and 7/8″ tubing. For bending soft copper,aluminum, brass, thin wall steel, thin wall stainless steel and other tubing. Makes smooth, tight-radius 90° bends.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
- Always wear impact safety goggles that provide front and side protection for the eyes. Eye protection equipment should comply with CSA Z94.3-07 or ANSI Z87.1 standards based on the type of work performed.
- Wear gloves that provide protection based on the work materials or to reduce the effects of tool vibration.
- Wear protective clothing designed for the work environment and tool.
- Non-skid footwear is recommended to maintain footing and balance in the work environment.
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Control the tool, personal movement and the work environment to avoid personal
injury or damage to tool.

Tube Bending Instruction

Prepare before bending – universal crossbar and former install
Insert correct size former in dented rod, then place correct size universal crossbar on housing and tightened it by a wing screw.
Notice: there are 2 pairs of sliding pieces with sized slots on universal crossbar. We must choose the same size sliding pieces with sized slots and face them to the former slot. (sizes are engraved on for mers and sliding pieces) -
Prepare before bending-placing a tube
Upright the bender housing and pull out the feed lever. former with dented rod will retract back under the effect of gravity ,turn the sliding pieces with correct size slots and face them to the former slot. Then place the tube between former and sliding pieces.(figure) -
Bending-push the feed lever repeatedly
Push the feed lever repeatedly until the tube is bended to a certain angle you need.
Notice: maximum angle is 90°. -
Bending finished-take the bended tube out
Upright the bender and pull out the feed lever former with dented rod with retract back under the effect of gravity take the bended tube out, if the bended tube get stuck in the former slot, remove them from housing together. -
Bending finished-take out the stuck Tube
Hold the tube with one hand and use some tools such as hammer to strike the former in the position in figure.
Notice: don’t strike the tube.

Prepare before bending-fix former holder and Universal crossbar on Housing
Insert universal crossbar in dented rod and tighten it by a wing screw, Fix former holder in housing slot and tighten it by a wing screw.(figure) -

Insert correct size former in former holder, the place correct size universal crossbar on universal crossbar holder and tightened by a wing screw.

Prepare before bending-placing a tube
Upright the bender and pull out the feed lever. Universal crossbar holder with dented rod with retract back under the effect of gravity turn the sliding pieces with correct size slots and face the former slot. Then place the tube between former and sliding pieces.(figure) -
Bending-push the feed lever repeatedly
Push the feed lever repeatedly until the tube is bended to a certain angle you need.
Notice: maximum angle is 90°. -
Bending finished-take the bended tube out
Upright the bender and pull out the feed lever. Universal crossbar holder with dented rod retract back will under the effect of gravity. take the bended tube out. If the bended tube get stuck in the former slot, remove them from housing together. (refer to 5 step of tube bending instruction)

This products should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. If

Warranty
Your VEVOR 180° TUBE BENDER is warranted against defects in materials and
workmanship for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Faulty goods will
be repaired or replaced at Vevor’s discretion.
