Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Q: Why is water dispensing relatively slow after the filter is replaced?
A: There is some gas in the new filter, which will be discharged when the system starts working. After that, the water will come out of the faucet. When the faucet is turned off, the RO membrane will force the water to run out of the filter. Therefore, the water needs to refill this filter next time you use the RO system, which may slightly affect the water flow.

  • Q: Why is the TDS value higher after the filter replacement?
A: A protective fluid is on the membrane of the new filter, which affects the TDS value. Turn on the faucet and flush it for 30 minutes. The TDS value will then return to normal.

  • Q: What will happen if I do not change my filter when the filter life indicator light turns red?
A: Excessive use of the filter will reduce the filtration performance, causing contaminants to leak back into the water, which will affect your health. If the filter life indicator flashes or the faucet indicator turns red, it is recommended that you replace the filter immediately.

  • Q: Why is the filter life indicator still red after the filter has been changed?
A: You may have forgotten to reset the filter life indicator. Please reset it again: Press and hold the filter life indicator for 5 seconds until the system beeps and the blue light stays on.
