Product Information
- This product is a portable lamp with a polarized plug.
- It should be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local code specifications.
- It has a harp, saddle, harp caps, shade, shade bracket, finial, and socket.
- The recommended bulb (not included) should not exceed the maximum wattage marked on the socket of the lamp.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before assembly, remove all parts and part packages from the box. If anything is missing, please contact the retailer from which the product was purchased.
- Squeeze the ends of the harp (C) inward. Insert each end of the harp (C) into each end of the saddle (D). Lower the harp caps (E) over the ends of the saddle (D).
- Lower the shade (F) down over the harp (C). Pass the hole in the center of the shade bracket over the threaded stud on top of the harp (C).
- Carefully screw the finial (G) onto the threaded stud on the harp (C). Tighten the finial (G) to secure the shade (F) in place. Do not over tighten.
- Insert the recommended bulb (not included) into the socket (A). Verify correct bulb wattage marked on socket of lamp. Do not exceed maximum bulb wattage.
- To prevent shock, only plug in lamp after lamp assembly is complete.
Note:
- If you are not familiar with code requirements, installation by a certified electrician is recommended.
- If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted.

CAUTION: To prevent shock, only plug in lamp after lamp assembly is
complete.
WARNING : This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an
extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to work
around this safety feature.

ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTION
- Squeeze ends of harp (C) inward. Insert each end of harp (C) into each end of saddle (D). Lower harp caps (E) over ends of saddle (D).

- Insert recommended bulb (not included) into socket (A).
