Installation Instructions

  8. STORAGE BATTERY
  9. PRESSURE METER
  10. PRESSURE SWITCH
  11. DRAIN VALVE

(During the compressor inflation, please stop for cooling after 10 minutes’ continuous operation, which can extend the motor’s service life. )

  1. INSTALL THE SYSTEM IN A COOL DRY AREA. AVOID WET AND HOT AREAS.
  2. NEVER WET TOUR COMPRESSOR MOTOR.
  3. COMPRESSOR MOTOR MUST BE INSTALLED IN A FLAT AREA. AVOID INSTALLING AT AN ANGLE.
  4. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU INSTALL, THE TANK AND COMPRESSOR IN THE REAR TRUNK OF THE VEHICLE. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL NYLON AIR HOSE IT CAN BE OBTAINED AT ANY HARDWARE STORE.
  5. AFTER YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE TANK, COMPRESSOR AND HORNS, PROCEED TO INSTALLED THE NYLON HOSES MAKING SURE THAT THEY ENTER THE BRASS FITTINGS ALL THE WAY AND PAST THE SULTAN 0-RINGS (SMALL BUMPS).
  6. THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION SHOULD BE DONE USING 14 GAUGE OR THICKER WIRE DO NOT USE A THINNER WIRE AS THE MOTOR USES 15 AMPS AND UNDER STRESS IT MAY USE AS MUCH AS 20 AMPS.
  7. DRAW YOUR POSITIVE 12 VOLT SOURCE FROM A CABLE THAT WILL HAVE ELECTRICITY ONLY WHEN THE IGNITION SWITCH IS IN THE “ON” OR “ACC” POSITION.NEVER IN. STALL THE SYSTEM DIRECTLY TO THE BATTERY OR A WIRE THAT IS “HOT” (LIVE)ALL THE TIME.
  8. YOU MUST INSTALL A 20 AMP FUSE BETWEEN YOUR POSI.TIVE 12 VOLT SOURCE AND THE SWITCH LOCATED AT THE AIR TANK.
  9. ROLLOW THE DRAWING CLOSELY IN OROER TO AVOID MIS. TAKES, IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS CONTACT AN ELECTRO. MECHANIC FOR HELP.
  10. AVOID USING HOT SOLDER ON THE AUTOMATIC SWITCH LOCATED ON THE AIR TANK. HEAT MAY PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THIS SWITCH.
  11. AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED THE INSTALLATION, MAKE SURE THAT THE COMPRESSOR MOTOR WORKS ONLY WHEN THE VEHICLE’ S IGNITION SWITCH IS IN THE “ON” OR “ACC” POSI.TION.
  12. CHECK CLOSELY FOR AIR LEAKS.
  13. REGULAR INSPECTION(NORMALLY FOR 3MONTHS,SHOULD BE ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO THE USE OF WET AND DRY CLIMATE)DRAINED OUT THE CONDENSATE CLEAN OF THE GAS CONTAINER, THE AIR PRESSURE MUST BE LESS THAN 0.1JMPA WHEN THE WATER IS RELEASED TOAVOID THE RISK!
  14. THE COMPRESSOR PISTON IS EOUIPPED WITH A LUBRICTING SYSTEM TO ALLOW FOR COOLNESS AND LUBRICATION. CHECK ECERY TWO WEEKS AND ADD A FEW DROPS OF SAE40 MOTOR OIL DO NOT OVERFILL.
