Product Information: Torque Wrench
The Torque Wrench is a precision tool used for tightening nuts and bolts to a specific torque value. It is available in four different models with SKU1, SKU2, SKU3, and SKU4. The torque range for these models is 10-150ft.lb, 25-250ft.lb, 20-200in.lb, and 10-80ft.lb respectively. The Torque Wrench has 72 teeth and a drive size of 1/2, 1/4, or 3/8 depending on the model. It comes with a G.W. of 2.2kg, 2.72kg, 0.83kg, or 2.0kg depending on the model and can be used in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.

Important Safety Instructions
Please read the operation manual carefully before you start to operate the
torque wrench. contact the manufacturer for any questions. so as to avoid
safety accidents and damage to the torque wrench.
- In order to maintain good accuracy, it is recommended to recalibrate approximately once a year or each 5000 times
- Make sure the torque wrench is set correctly before use (the torque is set on the minimum scale for shipment).
- Please go professional inspection department to perform regularly inspection for function and accuracy , in order to avoid injury accidents or damage the torque wrench, the individual must not disassemble the assembly.
- After using the wrench, adjust to the minimum torque; If you do not use the torque wrench for a long time, rub on the anti-rust oil and store in a dry place.
- Do not using torque wrench as a hammer, or using pliers to clip wrench,or using wrench in the water.
- This product is intended to apply a specific torque force to a fastener such as a nut or bolt. Do not use this product to loosen blots, screws or the other fastener, since it might damage the ratchet and the calibrated settings.
- To prevent damage to the product, stop applying pressure when the “click” sound is heard. To remind that the “click” sound is acoustically weaker with lower torque settings

How to set a torque value
To set a torque value:
- Rotate the handle until the desired torque value aligns with the indicator line.
- Place the socket onto the nut or bolt and tighten until the click sound is heard.
- Stop applying pressure once the click sound is heard to prevent damage to the product.

Selection Guide
Select the appropriate type of torque wrench and sleeve according to the torque value required by the bolt or nut to be tightened
How to set a torque value
Pull back the locker to unlock the supplementary graduation.
Turn the Supplementary Graduation to set a torque(Combination of values on the Main and supplementary graduations.
- Turn Supplementary Graduation until 60N.m on Main Graduation close to Graduation Datum Line. Now, torque is set at 60N.m。
- Turn clockwise until 6 on Supplementary graduati on is aligned with Center Line.Now Torque is set at 66N.m
- Apply the socket on to a bolt head or nut.
- Turn the torque wrench clockwise to fasten the bolt.
- Stop pulling the wrench when you hear a “Click”, this means it’s already at the torque value which you set.

This product is a precision instrument and should be stored with care using provided storage box. Avoid any vibrations and shocks Set the toque to the lowest level before storage
