Product Information

The SKU for this product is 658532 and it is the Wood Chef’s Kitchen. It is recommended for ages 3-8 and requires adult assembly and battery installation. The product has a hanging fixture above the stove top, a stove top located underneath the griddle, and a water dispenser attached to the refrigerator door. Product Usage Instructions

Before beginning, an adult must install fresh alkaline batteries.
Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included), remove the screws and battery compartment cover for the hanging fixture above the stove top, the stove top itself located underneath the griddle, and on the back of the water dispenser attached to the refrigerator door.
Install three (3) fresh 1.5V AAA (LR03) or 1.5V AA (LR6) alkaline batteries (not included) into each battery compartment making sure the (+) and (-) ends face the proper direction as indicated inside the battery compartments.
Replace the compartment covers and tighten the screws.
To turn on overhead lights, press the button on them. Press again to turn off.
To hear cooking sounds and turn on the stove light, turn dials counter-clockwise. Turn dials clockwise to turn off. Light and sounds will turn off automatically after 60 seconds of no activity.
To hear refrigerator sounds, press the button on it.
The oven light and sound will turn on when the oven door is shut. Light and sound will turn off when the door is opened.

Battery Safety Information. This is serious!

Keep these instructions for future reference.
Requires 6 “AAA” (LR03) and 3 “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries (not included). (Rechargeable batteries may be substituted.)
The voltage of a fully-charged, rechargeable battery is often lower than that of a fresh alkaline battery. Therefore, it is recommended that alkaline batteries be used instead of rechargeable batteries for best performance and longer play time.
Install batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
To avoid battery leakage:

Follow the toy and battery manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Do not mix standard (carbon-zinc), alkaline or rechargeable batteries. Do not mix different brands of batteries. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
When toy is not used for an extended period of time, remove batteries to prevent possible leakage and damage to the unit.
Remove dead or exhausted batteries from product.
Dispose of dead batteries properly; do not bury. Do not dispose of batteries in fire as they may leak or explode.

Make sure cover is properly installed on unit at all times.
Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before recharging.
Charging of rechargeable batteries should be done by an adult.
The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
NOTE: If the unit stops working or doesn’t work as it should, remove the batteries for a few minutes and then re-insert them. If there is still a problem, install new batteries.
