Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can you tell whether your iHome earbuds are fully charged?
While the headset is charging, the Power/Charging/Pairing indication will glow RED. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator will turn off. Remember to charge the battery completely before using it for the first time. It should take roughly 3.5 hours to fully recharge.

  • What is the best way to charge my iHome earbuds?
Connect the USB-C charging cable to the back of the case’s charging port.

  1. Connect the wire to a USB 5V/1A or greater power output device.
  • Why are my wireless earphones not working?
The battery may not be put correctly or the battery may need to be replaced if the headphones’ power does not turn on. To troubleshoot this problem, look at the following elements. IMPORTANT: Refer to the instructions that came with the product if any of the stages require model-specific information.

  • What’s the deal with my Bluetooth glowing blue?
A status update is available on most Bluetooth headphones. When they flash blue, it usually indicates that they’re in pairing mode. When they are properly associated with a device, some will blink blue. If they are flashing blue and red, they may be in pairing mode and not connected to anything.

  • Why won’t my iHome pair with my Bluetooth device?
Re-pair your device if it does not auto-link when it is within range. To do so, go to your Bluetooth device’s menu and delete this device. To begin a connection, turn the unit’s Power OFF/Bluetooth/Aux Switch to the Bluetooth position (centre). Check that your device is in good functioning order.

  • Is iHome compatible with Android?
The iHome Control software allows you to control your iHome Smart Plug from nearly anywhere in the world using your Android phone or tablet.

  • How can I pair my iPhone with my iHome Bluetooth speaker?
Hold the power button down to turn on the iHome speaker. When you hear a sound from the gadget, you’ll know it’s working. Move the switch to the “Bluetooth” setting to put your iHome device in Bluetooth mode. The iPhone is within range if you keep the speaker on (30 feet or less).

  • In Bluetooth headphones, where is the MFB button?
Before turning on the earbuds, make sure your Bluetooth device is turned on. If pairing fails, first turn off the earbuds, then press and hold the MFB button on the left earbud until the indicator on the left earbud alternates between red and blue and the earbud enters pairing mode.

  • How can you simultaneously connect both earbuds?
The two Bluetooth headsets must be paired at the same time; otherwise, only one will pair. 1- push both buttons until a blue flashing light appears (don’t stop pressing when alternating blue/red lights appear). 2. Open Bluetooth on your phone and search for tws-k2, then select one of them to pair.

  • What’s the deal with only one of my true wireless earphones working?
Depending on your audio settings, headphones may only play in one ear. Check your audio properties to make sure the mono option is disabled. Also, make sure that the voice levels on both earphones are equal.
