Rotational Speed Control
Set the spindle speed using the adjuster. The bigger the number visible on the knob, the higher the spindle speed. The regulation of the revolutions is smooth and only the setting of the maximum revolutions is additionally signaled by the sound of a ratchet mechanism.

Starting and stopping the mixer
Grasp the mixer with the mounted agitator with both hands on the handles, make sure that the agitator does not come into contact with any object. Press and hold the switch lock button with your thumb, then press and hold with your index finger the switch button (IV). After starting the spindle rotation, it is not necessary to hold the lock button any longer. The switch lock prevents unintentional switching on of the spindle rotation.
Wait until the maximum speed set by the knob is reached.
The spindle speed is stopped when the pressure on the switch is released. Wait until the spindle revolutions stop completely, remove the battery and start maintenance.

Safety recommendations for battery loading
Attention! Before loading may start make sure the body of the charger, the cable and the plug are not broken or damaged. It is prohibited to use a damaged loading dock and charger! For the purpose of loading batteries only the charging dock and the charger provided may be used. Using another charger may be a cause of fi re or damage the tool. Batteries may be charged only in a dry room, protected from unauthorized persons, particularly children. Do not use the charging dock and the charger without permanent supervision of an adult! If it is necessary to leave the room where loading is taking place, it is required to disconnect the charger from the mains, removing the charger from the mains socket. In case when smoke comes out of the charger, or a strange smell is emitted, etc., it is required to immediately remove the plug of the charger from the mains socket! The drill and automatic return screwdriver is provided with an unloaded battery, so before work may commence, it is required to charge it following the procedure below, using the charger and charging dock provided. Li-ION batteries do not show the so called “memory effect”, so it is allowed to charge them at any moment. However, it is recommended to discharge them during normal work, and then load them to their full capacity. If due to the nature of the task it is not possible to do so each time, then it is required to do it at least from time to time. Under no circumstances is it allowed to discharge the batteries short-circuiting the electrodes, since this would cause irreversible damage! It is also prohibited to check the load of the batteries, short-circuiting the electrodes for sparking.

Storage of the battery
In order to prolong the life of the battery, it is required to provide adequate storage conditions. The batteries can go through approximately 500 „loading – discharging” cycles. The battery must be stored between 0 and 30°C, at the relative humidity of 50%. In order to store the battery for a prolonged period, it is required to charge it to approximately 70% of its capacity. In case of prolonged storage, it is required to recharge the battery once a year. Do not permit excessive discharging of the battery, since this would reduce its life and may cause irreversible damage. During storage, the battery will be gradually unloading due to leakage conductance. The process of automatic unloading depends on the temperature of storage, since the higher the temperature, the fastest the process. In case of incorrect storage of batteries, there is a danger of electrolyte leakage. In case of leakage, it is required protect the leakage with neutralizing agent. In case of contact of electrolyte with the eyes, it is required to rinse the eyes abundantly, and then immediately seek medical assistance. It is prohibited to use a tool with a damaged battery. In case the battery is completely worn out, it is required to deposit it at a special point dedicated to disposal of such waste.

Transport of the batteries
Lithium-ion batteries are in accordance with legal regulations treated as dangerous waste. The user of the tool may transport the tool with the battery or only batteries by land. Then no additional conditions must be complied with. In transport is realized by third parties (for example dispatch through courier service), then it is required to proceed in accordance with regulations for transport of dangerous materials. Before shipment, contact an authorized person.
It is prohibited to transport damaged batteries. During transport the battery must be removed from the tool, and the exposed contacts protected, e.g. with insulating tape. Protect the batteries so that they do not move inside the package during transport. It is also required comply with the national regulations for transport of dangerous materials.

Charging the Battery
Caution! Before charging, disconnect the charger from the power supply by removing the plug from the power supply socket. In addition, clean the battery and battery clamps of dirt and dust with a soft, dry cloth.
The battery has a built-in charge indicator. The LEDs will light up by pressing the power button (V), the more of them come on, the more charged the battery is. If the LEDs do not light up when the button is pressed, the battery is discharged.

Operating instructions

  • Do not use the product otherwise than as a mixer for mortars, paints and other liquid building materials. Do not mount any accessories other than agitators, e.g. sanding discs, polishing discs, drills, etc. on the
  • mixer. Do not use the mixer to mix loose products. All accessories fitted to the mixer must have a maximum speed greater than the rated product speed. It is forbidden to use acces-ories with a maximum  permissible speed lower than the rated speed of the product.
  • Damaged agitators must not be used. If cracks are noticed or the agitator shaft is bent, replace it with a defect-free agitator. Check the condition of the accessories and product before each start-up.
  • Use agitators designed to work with a given type of material to be mixed. The agitator spindle rotates clockwise and the agitator must be selected so that it aerates or reaerates the mixed mass. In the case of  aeration, the agitator basket is designed in such a way that during mixing a vortex will form on the surface of the mass to suck in the air. In the case of reaeration, the agitator is designed so that no vortex is  generated and the air in the mass is pushed out of it.
  • The size of the agitator mounting thread must be the same as the mounting thread of the agitator. Do not use reducing components to mount the agitator in the tool. It is forbidden to modify the mixer mount or  the accessory mount in order to make it compatible with each other. To ensure that the mixer is correctly fitted, start the mixer without load for 30 seconds in a safe position. When excessive vibration or other
  • signs of malfunction or damage occur, stop the device immediately and check the mounting for correctness.
  • Ensure that the ventilation openings are clear. If necessary, disconnect the product from the power supply by unplugging the plug or disconnecting the battery pack and clean the tool from dust. Do not use metal objects for this purpose. Clean with a soft paint brush, a soft brush or a compressed air stream with a pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa.
  • Always wear safety glasses and hearing protectors. Other personal protective equipment such as dust masks, gloves, helmets, and aprons should be worn. Long hair should be pinned up.
  • After the tool is switched off , the agitator still rotates for some time.

Make sure that the agitator does not catch on and/or entangle items of clothing or hair. For this purpose, special care must be taken when switching on and operating the tool.
Select the agitator speed according to the instructions of the mass manufacturer. The general recommendation is that rare masses are mixed at a lower speed than dense masses.

Residual risks
This product has been designed and built according to good design engineering practices and safety principles. However, there may be residual risks when using the product.
Warning of noise hazards caused by failure to use hearing protection.
Danger from entanglement of clothing or body parts in moving parts of the tool.
The residual risks can be minimized by strictly following the safety instructions of this product.

Maintenance of the agitator
It is recommended that the agitator be maintained immediately after operation. This will prevent the mixed mass residue from drying out on the agitator or on the agitator shaft.
Before cleaning, the agitators must be removed from the mixer. Clean the agitator with a solvent suitable for the mixed substance. After cleaning, wash off the solvent residue with water and dry the agitator thoroughly. When cleaning, use personal protective equipment appropriate for the work with the substance. Refer to the information supplied with the substance.
