Instructions for Use

Pre-Start Checks and Safety

• Check for defects/damage to motor and the unit is clean
• Check for defects/damage to vibration shaft and spud
• Check the area of operation for hazards
• Make sure the unit is switched off before connecting the battery
• Make sure the flexi shaft and head are connected securely

When Operating

• Ensure all by standers and assistants are aware of work proceedings
• Ensure unit is held in a secure manner while operating
• Only switch on when ready to use in concrete. Switch off immediately after removing from concrete
• Do not bend the flexible hose excessively when the power tool is being used
• Always ensure a steady stance and control the unit

Starting Procedure

• Connect Battery to Concrete Vibrator
• Turn on the Concrete Vibrator

Stopping and After Use

• Turn off the Concrete Vibrator – wait until vibrations stop before putting on theground
• Make sure the unit is cleaned of excess concrete. Avoid water on motor andelectrical components

Charging

• Connect the charger’s power cord to the receptacle
• Insert the battery into the charger
• Charging – When inserting a battery in the charger, the charger indicator lamp will blink blue, once fully charged, the indication lamp will light up green
• Disconnect the charger’s power cord from the receptable
• Hold the charger firmly and pull out the battery

• Be caught-in, on or between anything?
• Slip, trip or fall on the same or too a lower level
• Strain or sprain a muscle?
• Cause damage to plant equipment or property?
• Spill or pollute something?
