Product Information

The Hot-air fryer Model HS-AF1102B is an indoor household appliance that is designed to provide a healthy and easy way of preparing various dishes. It uses hot rapid air circulation and a top grill to heat food in all directions, reducing the need for oil. Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the Hot-air fryer, read the instruction manual carefully and save it for future reference.
  2. The appliance is intended for indoor household use only. Do not use it in commercial or outdoor environments.
  3. Place the appliance on a stable and heat-resistant surface, away from water or any liquid source.
  4. Use the rotating cage for fries, roasted nuts, and other snacks. Use the fetch fork tool to place the basket into the unit.
  5. Cook with the slag tray in place for easy clean-up.
  6. The door can be removed for cleaning. To install the door, align the shaft on the door with the hole on the base and insert it at an angle. To disassemble the door, push the push button in the direction of the arrow and pull the door down to force it apart.
  7. The air flow racks can be used for dehydration, cooking crispy snacks, or reheating items like pizza.
  8. Use the BBQ skewers for kabob recipes, meat, fish, or veggies. The skewer racks fit over the shaft and lock in place with set screws.
  9. Use the grilled chicken rack for roasts and whole chicken. Force the shaft lengthwise through the meat and center, slide forks onto the post from either end into the meat, then lock in place with set screws. Adjust the screws closer to the middle if needed but never outward towards the ends. Make sure the roast or chicken is not too large to rotate freely within the oven. Maximum chicken or roast weight is 1.2 KG.
  10. Use the fetch fork to remove cooked roasts and chicken prepared using the rotisserie or skewer methods. Place it under the rotisserie shaft and lift (left side first), then gently extract the food.
  11. Never immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and heating elements, in water or rinse it under the tap. Avoid any liquid from entering the appliance to prevent electric shock or short-circuit. Do not cover the air inlet and outlet when the appliance is working. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Disassembly: The door opens about 70 degrees, push the push button in the direction of the arrow, as shown above, then pull the door down to force it apart.

Grilled chicken rack
Use for roasts and whole chicken. Force shaft lengthwise through meat and center. slide forks onto the post from either end into the meat, then lock them in place with set Screws. There are indentations on the shaft for the set screws. You can adjust the screws closer to the middle if needed but never outward towards the ends. Note: make sure the roast or chicken is not too large to rotate freely within the oven. Maximum Chicken or Roast,1.2 KG.
Fetch the fork
Use to remove cooked roasts and chicken prepared using the rotisserie or skewer methods. place under the rotisserie shaft and lift (left side first) then gently extract the food.

Important Instructions

Please read this manual carefully before you use the appliance and save it for future reference.
Danger

  • Never immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and the heating elements, in water or rinsing under the tap
  • Avoid any liquid entering the appliance to prevent electric shock or short-circuit.
  • Do not cover the air inlet and the air outlet when the appliance is working.
  • Filling the pan with oil may cause a fire hazard.
  • Don’t touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.

Warning

  • Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance fits the local mains voltage.
  • Do not use the appliance if there is any damage to the plug, main cord, or other parts.
  • Do not go to any unauthorized person to replace or fix the damaged main cord.
  • Keep the main cord away from hot surfaces.
  • Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
  • Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10cm of free space on the back and sides and 10cm of free space above the appliance.
  • Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
  • Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
  • Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
  • During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings, Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings.
  • Also, be careful of hot steam and air when you remove the pan from the appliance.
  • Any accessible surfaces may become hot during use (Fig.2)
  • Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of the appli-ance. Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you remove the payment from the appliance.

  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a horizontal, even, and stable surface.
  • This appliance is designed for household use only. It may not be suitable to be safely used in environments such as staff kitchens, farms, motels, and other non-residential environments. Before first use

Using the appliance
The oil-free can prepare a large range of ingredients. The recipe booklet included helps you get to know the appliance.
Hot air frying

  1. Connect the mains plug to an earthed wall socket.
  2. Open the door
  3. Put the food to be fried into the air fryer oven

  • Note: During the hot air frying process, the heating-up light comes on and goes out from time to time. This indicates that the heating element is switched on and off to maintain the set temperature.

  • Excess oil from the ingredients is collected on the bottom of the Slag tray

  • Note: If you want to go to the air fryer oven and stop working, press and hold the ” ” button for 2 seconds. The air fryer oven stops working.

  • Check if the ingredients are ready.

  • If the ingredients are not baked goods, please put the food back in the fryer and close the door before setting the time for a few minutes.

  • During the fried food, the food gets hot and the steam may escape from the air fryer oven.

  • When a batch of ingredients is ready, the Hot-air fryer oven is instantly ready for another batch.
    Settings

  • The table below will help you to select the basic settings for the ingredients.

  • Note: Keep in mind that these settings are indications. As ingredients differ in origin, size, shape as well as brand, we cannot guarantee the best setting for your ingredients.

  • Because the Rapid Air technology instantly reheats the air inside the appliance instantly.

  • In the process of frying food, if the door is opened, the air fryer will stop working. Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.

  • A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time, and a smaller amount of ingredients only requires a slightly shorter preparation time.

  • Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the Hot-air fryer within a few minutes after you added the oil.

  • Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the Hot-air fryer.

  • Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the Hot-air fryer

  • The optimal amount for preparing crispy fries is 700 grams.

  • Use the pre-made dough to prepare filled snacks quickly and easily. The pre-made dough also requires a shorter preparation time than homemade dough.

  • Place a baking tin or oven dish in the Hot-air fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche or if you want to fry fragile ingredients or filled ingredients

  • You can also use the Hot-air fryer to reheat ingredients. To reheat ingredients, set the temperature to 150°C for up to 10 minutes.

Cleaning
Clean the appliance after every use.
Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the Slag tray, as this may damage the non-stick coating.

  1. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and let the appliance cool down. Note: Open the door and let the air fryer oven cool faster

  2. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.

  3. Clean the Rotating cage and Slag tray &Air flow racks& BBQ Skewer &Grilled chicken rack &Fetch the fork with hot water, some washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
    You can use degreasing liquid to remove any remaining dirt.
    Tip: If the dirt sticks to the rotating cage and slag tray and the air rack and the grill and grilled chicken rack, please soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes and then wash.

  4. Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.

Storage

  1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
  2. Make sure all parts are clean and dry.

Environment

  • Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste when it is exhausted, but hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment
