Product Usage Instructions

Inserting SIM Cards
  1. Locate the SIM card slots (SIM1 and SIM2) on the device.
  2. Insert the SIM card into the slot with the metal contacts facing down and the notched corner facing towards the outer edge of the device.
  3. Push the SIM card in gently until it clicks into place.
  4. If necessary, repeat the process for the second SIM card slot.

To make sure your pad is able to make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order.

  • Insert and press the ejector pin into the hole in the side to pop the card tray.
  • With the pad facing up, insert the cardholder into the pad in the direction of the arrow.

Booting Up the Device

  1. Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device until the screen lights up.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the device for first-time use.

Sending SMS/MMS

  1. Open the messaging app on the device.
  2. Select the recipient you wish to send the message to.
  3. Type your message in the text field.
  4. Attach any media files (such as photos or videos) ifdesired.

  • Open the SMS app
  • Select New Information
  • Enter a phone number or browse your contacts
  •  Select Edit Information and enter your text
  • Send

  • When writing a text message

Safety Guidelines

Strictly follow the safety guidelines provided in the user manual to ensure safe use of the device.

  • The pad should be at least 15cm away from any medical implant or rhythm adjuster and never put the device in your coat pocket.

Language Switching

  1. Open the device settings.
  2. Select “Language and Input” or a similar option.
  3. Select the desired language from the list of available options.

WP21 includes an internal battery. You can track your battery status with the icon showed on the top right of the screen.

Maintenance

  • Thoroughly understand the maintenance of this pad to use the pad more safely and effectively, and extend the service life of the pad as much as possible.
