JTact CT12 True Wireless Earbuds
Product Information
The CT12 product contains the following items:
- Earbuds x2
- Charging Case x1
- USB Charging Cable x1
- User Manual
The earbuds will automatically power on and connect to a device when you open the charging case. They will also automatically power off and disconnect when you close the charging case. If the earbuds don’t power on when the charging case is open, please charge the charging case.
To pair the earbuds with your device, turn on the Bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop and follow these steps:
- Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. The red and white lights will flash on the earbuds.
- Select CT12 on your phone/laptop and connect the device. The white lights will flash for 2 seconds and then turn off when you connect successfully. The earbuds will automatically turn off if not connected to a device within 5 minutes.
If only one earbud connects to your phone or the earbuds cannot pair together, please try the reset steps:
- Open the charging case and check the charging cases.
- Keep the earbuds in the charging case and long press the reset button to reset.
- When the red and white lights flash on and off, which means reset successfully.
To wear the earbuds, take them out of the charging case and put them on your ears. Adjust them by twisting for comfort and secure fit.
The earbuds are controlled by button presses:
- Answer a call: Click either earbud button once
- End a call: Click either earbud button once
- Reject call: Long press either earbud button for 2 seconds
- Voice Assistant: Triple click either earbud button to call voice assistant
- Volume Up: Long press right earbud button to volume up
- Volume Down: Long press left earbud button to volume down
- Play/Pause: Click either earbud button once to play/pause music
- Previous Song: Double click left earbud button to switch song
- Next Song: Double click right earbud button to switch song
To charge the earbuds, put them back in the charging case and plug the USB type-C cable into the charging case. The red light will turn on. When the earbuds and charging case are fully charged, the charging case’s light will turn off.

The CT12 product complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement and can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Please review this manual thoroughly before operating your device. In order to avoid unnecessary injuries, please do not Disassemble this product by yourself, and please use a standard charger.

Product Contains

Bluetooth Pairing
- Setp 1: Please turn on the Bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop.
- Step 2: Open the charging case, take out the earbuds, the red and white lights flash on earbud.
- Step 3: Select “CT12” on your phone/laptop and connect the device, the white lights on 2 second and off when you connect successfully.
- (The earbuds will automatically turn off if not connected the device within 5 minutes.)
How to Use
Product Wear
- Step 1: Take out the earbuds from charging case.
- Step 2: Put the earbuds on your ears.
- Step 3: Adjust by twisting the earbuds for comfort and secure.

Product Charging
- Put the earbuds back charging case to charging earbuds.
- Plug the USB type-C to charging the charging case and red light on.
- When your earbuds and charging case is full power, the charging case’s light will off.

Safety For You
- Do not expose device to liquids, moisture or humidity. It has electronics and a battery in it. Neither of them likes getting wet.

- Never listen to music at high volumes or you may permanently damage your hearing.
