TROUBLESHOOTING
NO SOUND COMING FROM THE SOUNDBAR.
- Check your soundbar is set to the correct input source.
- Check the soundbar connection to the source device(e.g. TV). Please refer to the soundbar connection methods in this manual for tips on connecting.
- Check the settings on your source device (e.g. TV). Please refer to the soundbar connection methods in this manual for tips on settings.
- Adjust the volume level on the soundbar or input device.
- Toggle the mute function on the soundbar or input device
SOUNDBAR NOT CONNECTING TO BLUETOOTH.
- Make sure the device you are connecting the soundbar to has their Bluetooth function enabled.
- Place the soundbar and device close to each other, wait approx. 1-2 minutes for your device’s Bluetooth list to update then search for and select SPK-SB150-081
- Make sure the soundbar has not already been paired to another device.
HEARING AN ECHO EFFECT OR SOUND COMING FROM BOTH SOUNDBAR AND TV.
- If you are using the optical connection method from the soundbar to the TV, then sound will play from both the soundbar and the TV as the optical connection does not override the TVs built-in speakers. We recommend setting the TV volume to the lowest possible setting or zero so that sound is only heard through the soundbar.
SUBWOOFER NOT WORKING
- Check the subwoofer is connected to the soundbar via the subwoofer input.
- Make sure the subwoofer is plugged in and turned on.
- Some audio tracks such as News broadcasts may not be outputting enough bass to be heard, please try audio with sufficient bass such as a music track.
