You can check received, sent, and missed calls. Used to set ringtones, screen and password. To locate the security office in which the product is installed. It displays the details of an emergency that was not checked.

To Make an Intercom Call

    When you connect to the wrong security office by mistake, or there is a network connection error, please check what is displayed when you enter the details, and enter the information again. Sample statements to be displayed are; “Please check the entered numbers again.” or “Please check your network status.”
    All the intercom calls coming while the absence mode is set will be forwarded to the set security office. However, when an emergency occurs, all the security offices set to be connected including non-attended security offices will be informed and the emergency case will be displayed.

In case of the product defect, contact our authorized Customer Service Center. In order to exercise the warranty, you must contact our authorized Customer Service Center and obtain a proper RMA # – the product must be returned to our authorized Customer Service Center at user’s shipping expense and the replacement product will be shipped back at our expense.
