Thank you so much for shopping with us! We really appreciate that! But we’re
so sorry that your monitor’s touch function may fail to work after you reboot
your Windows 10 or 11. In this tutorial, we’ll show how to fix this issue and
please download the necessary files and tools you’ll use from the Google
Drive:

64-Bit vs 32-Bit system
First, please check whether your computer has “64-bit operating system” or “32-bit operating system”. To do this, please locate the “This PC” icon on the desktop and right click and choose the “Properties”.
If your computer has “64-bit operating system”, then you’ll find this information:
Otherwise, your computer’s system is 32-bit operating.
Detailed settings
If your PC’s system is 64-bit
If your PC’s system is 64-bit, please locate the file “devcon.exe” under the
folder “x64”:
Then copy the file above to the following path: C:\Windows\System32
If you computer needs password to reboot
If your PC has password when it starts up, then please follow this section.
First, please locate your “This PC” icon on the desktop and right click and
choose “Manage”:
Then choose the “Task Scheduler” on the left (marked as “1”) and click the “Create Task” on the right (marked as “2”).
Next, one new “window” will pop up and we need to do some settings:
First, under the “General” Tab, name this task as “TpControl” (or whatever you
want) and select “Run whether user is logged on or not” option. Also check the
“Run with highest privileges” option. Please note you do not need to click the
“OK” option, otherwise it will alert “You must enter a task name or at least
one action”.
Then click the “Triggers” tab, under this tab, please click the “New” button on the bottom-left and another new window will pop up:
On the new window, please choose “Startup” as the condition when to “Begin the task” and please click the “OK” option:
Then we choose the third tab – the “Actions” tab. Same as the previous step, please click the “New” button on the bottom-left and another new window will pop up:
Then please click the “Browser” button and we need to load the script which is included in the folder “TpControl\x64” we sent. Full path is “\TpControl\x64\TpControl.bat”.
Finally, we came to the last step. Please click the “Conditions” tab and uncheck the default option “Start the task only if the computer is on AC power”.
After you click “OK”, another new window will pop up and it asks you to input your password which is used to boot your computer. After you input the correct password, please click “OK” to finish the setting.
Go back to the dashboard and you’ll find the task you just created under “Active Tasks”. If you can’t find the task, please click the “Refresh” button and if you still can’t find the task, you may need to check the tutorial above once again.
If you have successfully created the task according to the tutorial, then your
monitor’s touch function will work perfectly no matter how you reboot your
computer. But in case the touch function still can’t work properly, please do

If your computer can reboot without password
If your PC does not has any password when it starts up, then please follow
this section.
