Product Usage Instructions

Before You Start
Prior to assembly, familiarize yourself with the instructions and ensure all parts are present. Assemble the product close to its final location to minimize movement. Place the product on a flat and stable surface away from children. Do not tighten screws until all are aligned; start by loosely tightening all screws and thengradually tighten them firmly without over- tightening any single screw.

Return/Damage Claim Instructions
For returns or damage claims, retain the original box and packaging. Take photos of the box markings and any damaged parts. Email the images along with a description of your claim to the appropriate customer service email based on your region.

WARNING

  • Do not stand on this chair or use the chair as a step ladder. Use it as a chair only.
  • This chair has a great dynamic weight capacity up to 113 kg (249 lbs) and a static weight capacity up to 150 kg (330 lbs).
  • This chair is designed for one person to use at a time.
  • Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws, and knobs are firmly secured.
  • Check all bolts, screws, and knobs every 90 days. Tighten if any are loose.
  • Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death of yourself and people around you.
  • Some of the parts are heavy and/or have sharp edges, please install it carefully to avoid hurting yourself and the people around you.

INSTALLATION

Please do not tighten the screws until all the screws are aligned with holes. Try to tighten all the screws loosely initially and then tightly a little bit more. Do not overtighten a single screw as it will cause other screws hardly to be tightened. Tighten all the screws firmly in the end.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions

DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.
In case a return is required, the item must be returned in the original box. Without this, your return will not be accepted.

Take a photo of the box markings.
