Basic Operation

Button Function Operation Instruction
Switch Power On In OFF status, toggle the switch to the up side to power on.

A04619 will enter paring mode automatically, with prompt “Power ON”.
Power Off| In ON status, toggle the switch to the down side to power off, with prompt “Power OFF”.
MFB| Play / Pause| Short press when playing music.
Redial a call| In connected/standby/playing music status, double press MFB to dial the last call
Voice assistant
| Long press MFB for 1-2 seconds then release.
Audio Switch| During a call, long press for 1-2 seconds to switch between Bluetooth headset and cell phone speaker/microphone.
Answer a call
| When a call comes in, short press to answer.
Hang up a call| During a call, short press to hang up.
Reject a call
| When a call comes, long press for 1 second to reject the call.
Volume +| Volume Up| Short press. (up the maximum, it will prompted”.
Next Song| Long press for 1 second.
Volume –| Volume Down| Short press
Previous Song| Long press for 1 second.
Mute Button| Mute/unmute| During a call, short press to mute, press again to cancel.
MFB and Volume-| Delete pairing records| In power-on status, long press MFB and Volume – simultaneously for 5 about seconds to delete records. This will reset all connections (including the USB-A dongle)

Bluetooth Pairing & Connection

In OFF status, toggle the ON/OFF switch up to power on. “CODi A04619” will automatically enter pairing mode and the LED indicator light will begin to flash red and blue. The headset will prompt “Power ON” and then prompt “Pairing” once it is ready to be paired.
Search and click “CODi A04619” in the Bluetooth list on your device. The headset will prompt “Paired” and then prompt “Your headset is connected” when successfully paired. The LED indicator light will change to blue and then disappear.

Wireless USB-A Dongle Pairing & Connection

Before pairing the A04619 via Wireless USB-A dongle, disable the Bluetooth function on any previously paired device(s).

  1. Activate the USB-A dongle by plugging it into a USB-A port on your host device. This will turn the dongle on automatically.

  2. Once plugged in, the indicator light on the dongle will flash blue indicating that the dongle is in Pairing Mode.

  3. On the headset, toggle the power switch to ON; the headset will automatically enter Pairing Mode.

  4. Keep the headset near the dongle for 5-10 seconds and the headset will pair automatically to the dongle and is ready for use. Once successfully paired/con-nected, the indicator light on the dongle will stay a solid blue and the headset’s indicator light will flash blue.

Connection with Two devices

When there are two device connected to this headset, they are divided into two categories: Device A and Device B. To connect to two devices, perform the following actions:
In OFF status, toggle the ON/OFF switch up to power on your headset and enter pairing mode. The LED indicator light will flash between red and blue.
Turn on the Bluetooth of Device A and search for “CODi A04619” and click connect. Be sure Device A is connected successfully and then turn off the Bluetooth of Device A to disconnect from the headset and the headset will then re-enter pairing mode.
Use Device B to connect to the headset via Bluetooth the same way as with Device A. Be sure that Device B is connected successfully and then turn on Bluetooth for Device A one again and reconnect Device A to “CODi A04619″‘s Bluetooth.
Note: When the headset is connected to two devices, music can only be played through one device at a time. If you want to play music from the other device, you need to pause the music on the current device you are using. The same operation applies when using the headset to make audio calls.

With 3.5mm audio cable

Insert one end of 3.5mm audio cable into the audio jack of device and insert the other end into the audio jack of the headset.
Please note: When used as a wired earphone, this headset can only be used for listening to music. The call function cannot be performed and the MFB does not function.

Charge the A04619 when the Red LED flashes indicating a low battery.
Charging time is about 2 hours. While charging, the LED will maintain a solid red. When it is fully charged, the solid red LED will turn off and a blue LED will turn on
Two ways of Charging
Method 1: Charge the A04619 through the charging base. It is required that the base must be plugged into an outlet or host device to facilitate charging.
Method 2: Charge the A04619 directly through the USB-C charging cable by connecting the cable to the headset’s charging port.

FAQs

Q1: “How do I reconnect my headset?”****

– Al: Once the A04619 has been successfully connected initially the headset will automatically pair with your host device when powered on. If the headset fails to reconnect, disconnect and pair again.

Q2: “How do I delete a paired record?”****

– A2: While the headset is powered ON, long press the MFB and the Volume – button simultaneously for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record. After deleting the pairing record, A04619 will no longer connect automatically when it is powered on to that device and will need to be re-paired to any devices manually.

Q3: “What is the password to use while pairing?”****

– A3: Some connection devices require a password for pairing. When pairing with this type of device try the following passwords: 0000, 8888, 1111, or 1234. If none of these work, please reach out to custsupport@codiworldwide.com.

Q4: “What do I do if there’s a connection issue?”****

– A4: If you encounter a connection issue, try performing a charging reset. To do this, use the charging cable to charge the headset, the headset will power OFF. Once off, unplug the cable and turn ON the headset to connect to your devices. You can also try to remove the pairing records and connect again manually. If all methods fail, please reach out to custsupport@codiworldwide.com

Q5: “Does this headset power off automatically?”****

– A5: Yes, this headset will power OFF automatically if there is no connection for over 10 minutes or if the battery voltage is less than 3.1V.

Q6: “What do I do if the Bluetooth dongle won’t turn on after plugging it into a USB-A port?”****

– A6: Try plugging the dongle into a different USB-A port.

Q7: “The Bluetooth dongle does not pair automatically with the A04619.”****

– A7: Make sure that the Bluetooth dongle is in pairing mode (the indicator light will be flashing blue) and the A04619 is in auto re-pairing mode. Also make sure that you plug the USB-A dongle in prior to turning on the A04619 headset.
