Product Information

The product is a wall-mounted toilet with the model number DUE 59 and the article number 10530163. It comes with assembly instructions in multiple languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Romanian, Polish, Swedish, and Czech. Product Usage Instructions

Before using the product, read the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. Here are some usage instructions:

1. For daily cleaning, use only commercial bath cleaners.
2. To remove lime scale and soap residue, use commercial lime remover or vinegar cleaners.
3. The instructions do not apply to persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, lack of experience and knowledge, and children playing with the appliance.
4. To clean the product, follow the cleaning instructions provided in the manual.
5. To drain the water, turn off the water supply, disconnect the appliance from the mains, loosen the drain plug by turning it anticlockwise, remove the drain plug and empty the appliance. Never turn the unit over before draining it as it may permanently damage the electronics.
6. To replace the limescale filter, refer to the instructions provided in the manual.
7. To use the bidet function, sit on the bidet, and press the Rear  spray or Front spray button on the remote control to begincleansing. The cleansing process ends automatically after 3 minutes, or you can stop it beforehand by pressing the Stop button.

Assembly Instructions Wall-Mounted Toilet

• Electrical work and repairs may only be carried out by qualified electricians.
• The respective national installation regulations must be observed during installation.
• The device must not be modified in any way. Electric shock and risk of accident.
• Always make sure that the power supply is disconnected before installation.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards.

• The shower toilet set is used for comfortable cleaning and drying of the buttocks and vaginal area after using the toilet. Any other use automatically voids all liability and warranty claims.

Cleaning

• Before cleaning, always disconnect the unit from the power supply. Please use only commercially available cleaning agents and disinfectants and a soft damp cloth. Never use aggressive cleaners, scouring agents or products containing chlorine or solvents.

Water drainage

• In case of transport or disassembly, you must empty the unit.
• Turn off the water supply. Disconnect the appliance from the mains. Loosen the drain plug by turning it anticlockwise. Remove the drain plug and empty the appliance. Please never turn the unit over before you have drained it. You may permanently damage the electronics.

Replacing the limescale filter

The limescale filter is located in the supply line of the shower toilet and prevents the unit from becoming clogged with limescale deposits. The service life is 1/2 year on average, but this period is reduced if the water contains a lot of limescale. You can find out the respective degree of hardness from your public utility company. Replacement is necessary when the water pressure drops significantly. A replacement filter is already included in the scope of delivery! You can obtain further replacement filters from the dealer from whom you purchased the product.

Rear spray / Front spray

• Sit on the bidet. Press the “Rear spray” or “Front spray” button on the remote control; the bidet begins cleansing. Cleansing ends automatically after 3 minutes. You can also stop the cleansing process beforehand by pressing the “Stop” button.

Adjusting the nozzle position

• Sit on the bidet. Start the “Rear spray” or “Front spray” programme. Press the “Nozzle position” button on the remote control and then the “Decrease” or “Increase” button to move the position of the nozzle forward or backward. The preset position is 5.

Adjusting the flow rate

• Sit on the bidet. Start the “Rear spray” or “Front spray” programme. Press the “Adjusting the flow rate” button on the remote control and then the “Decrease” or “Increase” button to adjust the flow rate.

Adjusting the water temperature

• Sit on the bidet. Start the “Rear spray” or “Front spray” programme. Repeatedly press the “Adjusting the water temperature” button on the remote control until the water temperature symbol lights up. Then press the “Increase” or “Decrease” button to adjust the water temperature.

Pulse massage spray

• Sit on the bidet. Start the “Rear spray” or “Front spray” programme. Then repeatedly press the “Massage” button on the remote control until you’ve reached your desired spray mode. The indicators on the remote control show the function.

Setting the night light

The default night light mode is “Always on”. Start the „Water temperature“ programme. Then press the „-“ button of the nozzle position on the remote control repeatedly until you have selected your desired spray mode. “Close” mode: One indicator lights up; “Always on” mode: Two indicators light up; “Smart” mode: Three indicators light up.

PLEASE NOTE: In “Smart” mode, the night light turns on when its dark and turns off when it’s bright.

Self-cleaning the water tank

PLEASE NOTE: If the appliance has not been used for more than 72 hours and a user using the washing function, the self-cleaning function activates for 30 seconds. During self-cleaning, all buttons are inactive and will be reactivated after self-cleaning.

Descaling

• You need to descale the appliance at least once a year, or more often, depending on the number of cleaning cycles you’ve run and the quality of the water in your area. During descaling, you can continue to use the toilet, however, without the washing function. Descaling takes up to 30 minutes. During this time, the night light flashes continuously. When the night light stops flashing and the appliance emits a long beep, you can use the washing function again. Please use 150 ml of commercially available, non-foaming descaling agent.
• Please note: Water flows out of the nozzle when the cover is opened. The appliance emits two beeps to indicate that you can now pour in the descaling agent.

Troubleshooting

The washing cyclus can not work

| 1.         The power supply may not be opened| Please turn on the power
2.         The water supply may not be opened| Please open the inlet water valve, or check if there is a water outage
3.         The filter may be blocked| Please replace a new filter .It has a service life of approx. half a year
4.         Maybe not in the seating state| Please sit on the seat and adjust sitting position
5.         Maybe the cover is closed| Please open the cover and sit on the toilet seat

6.         Maybe it is not used for more than 72 hours

| Not used for more than 72 hours ,when the user operates the washing ,it will open the self-cleaning for about 3 minutes. All the buttons are invalid during the self-cleaning and it will return to normal after the self-cleaning

The nozzle goes back suddenly

| 1.         The washing cycle is 3 mins. The nozzle will stop spraying after 3 mins, and then go back.| This is normal and please re-press the “wash” button to start washing again
2.         There may be some problems of water supply| Please check if there is a water outage
3.         Maybe the seated sensor detects the user left the seat| Please adjust sitting position
4.         Maybe the cover is closing| Do not put down the cover when it is washing

Low water flow rate

| 1.         The water flow rate may be set at low grades| Please increase the flow rate as per “adjusting water flow rate” of operating instructions
2.         The water supply pressure may be too low| Please check and ensure the water supply pressure is 0.07 Mpa
3.         The filter may be blocked| Please replace a new filter .It has a service life of approx. half a year
4.         The nozzle may be blocked| Please replace a new nozzle

Low water tempera- ture

| 1.         The water temperature may be set at low grades| Please set the water temperature at high grade as per “adjusting temperature” of operating instruc- tions
2.         Maybe the temperature of water supply is too low| Please set the water temperature at high grade as per “adjusting temperature” of operating instruc- tions, or decrease the flow rate as per “adjusting water flow rate” of operating instructions.
The nozzle comes out slowly| When start washing function, the nozzle will be self-cleaning before coming out, and this will take some time| This is normal

| 1.         Maybe there are not batteries in the remote control| Please install the correct batteries in the remote control
2.         Maybe the battery power is too low| When the battery power is too low the LED of grade will flash. Please replace the battery
3.         Maybe the code of the bidet and remote control is not the same| Please set the code of the remote control to the correct one .See “One-On-One Setting“
The bidet can not work normally| Maybe there is something abnormal| Please shut off the power and turn on after one minute. If the bidet still cannot work, please contact local distributor
There is constantly BEEP| The water supply temperature may be too high| Please shut off the power and water supply, stop using the product, and then contact local distributor

Nozzle cleaning

• The nozzle is cleaned before and after washing. Open the lid and the seat, but do not sit on the bidet. Press and hold the “Set temperature” button on the remote control and then press the “–” button. The nozzle then extends with cleaning water. It returns automatically after 5 minutes, or you can press the “Stop” button.
