Product Information

The Sonic Toothbrush comes with a brush head, toothbrush handle, power button for on/off/mode selection, and three working mode indicators: normal, soft, and massage. The toothbrush also has a charging indicator and comes with a USB cable for charging. It has a sound level of 62 dB and a battery capacity of 320 mAh. The power supply is 5V/1A and it comes with two brush heads.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the Sonic Toothbrush, read the instruction manual carefully.
  2. Make sure the voltage indicated on the toothbrush corresponds to the voltage in the power supply socket.
  3. Attach the brush head to the toothbrush handle.
  4. Press the power button to turn on/off or select a working mode (normal, soft, or massage).
  5. Brush your teeth for two minutes using circular motions.
  6. After use, clean the brush head and store the toothbrush in a safe place.
  7. To charge the toothbrush, connect the USB cable to a power source and plug it into the toothbrush’s charging port. The charging indicator will light up.
  8. Do not leave the toothbrush unattended while charging.
  9. If the toothbrush has not been used for three months, charge it before using it again.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

In order to reduce the risk of any injury, follow basic safety precautions applied when using any electrical device, including the following:

  1. Read this instruction manual carefully, even if you are familiar with the appliance.
  2. Before connecting the device to power supply socket, make sure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the voltage in the power supply socket.
  3. ALWAYS turn off the device and disconnect it from the mains supply:
  4. if it’s not operating correctly
  5. if there’s an uncommon voice when using
  6. before disassembling the device
  7. before cleaning
  8. before servicing
  9. When you disconnect the power cord, grasp and pull the plug, not the cord/cable.
  10. This appliance may be used by children who are above 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised and guided by a person who is responsible for their safety in a cautious manner, and all the safety precautions are understood and followed.   11. Do not use this appliance if it’s not operating properly or has been dropped into water.   12. Keep the device and its cord/cable away from heat, water, moisture, sharp edges and any other factor which may damage the appliance or its cord.
  13. Do not use the product for purposes/uses different from what is displayed in this operating manual.

  18. Do not reach for a product that has fallen into the water. Unplug from the power supply socket immediately.
  19. Do not handle the plug or the appliance with wet hands.
  20. Product for household use only. Not for commercial use.

NOTE : This device has a waterproof handle. It is electrically safe and is designed for use in the bathroom. But it’s not meant to be used underneath the water.

CHARGING

  1. Make sure the battery is fully charged before first use.
  2. Connect the handle of the toothbrush with the included USB cable to the compatible AC charger and to the power supply socket. The charging indicator will light up.
  3. Charging indicator is always on during charging.
  4. When fully charged, the indicator goes off.

Notes:

  • There is no need to charge the toothbrush every day (it can be used about 1 and a half month when fully charged, brushing twice a day, 2 minutes each time). Charge it when you feel the power is insufficient or when the operation time decreases.
  • During charging, the bottom of the handle will be slightly heated, which is a normal phenomenon.

OPERATION

  1. Once the battery is fully charged, attach a brush head to the handle and apply toothbrush. Note: there will be about 0,5 mm space between the brush head and the handle.
  2. To avoid splashing, guide the brush-head to your teeth before switching the appliance on.
  3. Place the bristles against the teeth at a slight angle towards the gum line.
  4. Press the power button to turn it on. If you keep pressing the power button, the device will enter next mode (the sequence is: power on in normal mode, soft mode, massage mode, power off).

Please note: this toothbrush has a memory function; it powers on in the last selected source. However, when powered on for the first time, by default it boots in normal mode. Later on, the device boots in mode it has been used lately

TIMER

  1. This device has been equipped with 2 minutes auto switch off function. This features helps the user to maintain proper oral health care habits. Once the 2 minutes are up, the toothbrush turns off automatically.
  2. The toothbrush stops shortly every 30 seconds to remind user the passing time.

Tip : Use this feature to measure equal time for each tooth quadrant. This way you’ll spend 30 seconds on each part.

MODE

This device offers different brushing modes for varying oral care needs:

  • Normal – Exceptional teeth cleaning; up to 43 000 strokes/minute
  • Soft – Gentle, yet thorough cleaning for sensitive areas; up to 32 000 strokes/minute
  • Massage – Gentle stimulation of gums; up to 20 000 ~ 30 000 strokes/minute

To turn the toothbrush on, press the power button once. If you keep pressing the power button, the device will enter next mode. The sequence is:

  • power on in normal mode
  • soft mode
  • massage mode
  • power off

Please note, you will only be able to change mode within 5 seconds from the last time you pressed the button. Once the 5 seconds are up, the device stays in the chosen mode. Please note, the device enters Normal mode automatically when powered on for the first time. According to selected work mode, one of the mode indicator will stay lit.

BRUSHING TECHNIQUE

  1. After brushing, rinse you brush head thoroughly under running water.
  2. Remove the brush head from the handle and clean both parts separately under running water. Then wipe them dry before you put the handle onto the charging unit.
  3. It is recommended that at least once a week, the toothbrush head should be removed from the handle and wash the connection of the toothbrush head and the handle

CLEANING
