Product Information: Full Motion TV Wall Mount Model EGCM2

The Full Motion TV Wall Mount Model EGCM2 is a product designed
for mounting televisions on wood stud, solid concrete, and concrete
block walls. It is important to read the instruction manual prior
to use and ensure that the wall is capable of supporting five times
the weight of the TV and mount combined. The maximum weight
capacity for this mount is 90 lbs. (40.8 kg) and it is not
compatible with TVs that exceed this weight limit. The product
comes with various hardware and tools for installation on different
wall types.

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Verify Your Wall Construction

  • Ensure that your wall is capable of supporting five times the
    weight of the TV and mount combined.

  • Do not install into drywall alone. This product is designed for
    use in wood stud, solid concrete, and concrete block walls.

  • If unsure about wall construction, contact The Echogear
    Pros.

Step 2: Grab Your Tools

  • Electric drill

  • Phillips screwdriver

  • Level

  • Tape measure

  • Pencil

  • Socket wrench (1/2 in. or 13 mm)

  • Drill bits (7/32 in. or 5.5 mm for wood; 3/8 in. or 10 mm for
    concrete)

  • Awl

  • Hex wrench (4mm)

  • Cable wrap

  • Stud finder

Step 3: What’s in the Box

  • TV screws (qty. 4 each) – M4 x 12mm, M4 x 35mm, M6 x 12mm, M6 x
    35mm

  • Washers (qty. 4 each)

  • Spacers (M4) – if necessary

  • TV bracket (qty. 2)

  • TV bracket screws (qty. 8) – M4/M6/M8 and 2.5mm, M6/M8 and 5mm,
    M8 and 22mm

  • Drill template

Step 4: Mounting the TV Wall Mount

  1. Choose an appropriate location on the wall for mounting the TV
    wall mount.

  2. Use a stud finder to locate the studs in the wall and mark
    their location with a pencil.

  3. Place the drill template on the wall and align it with the
    marked stud locations.

  4. Use an awl to mark the drill holes on the wall through the
    template.

  5. Drill the holes in the wall using the appropriate drill bit for
    your wall type.

  6. Insert anchors into the drilled holes.

  7. Attach the TV bracket to the wall using screws and a socket
    wrench.

  8. Attach the TV bracket to the back of your TV using screws and a
    Phillips screwdriver.

  9. Attach the cable wrap to the TV bracket to organize your
    cables.

Your TV should adjust easily when moved, then stay in place. If your TV is too loose or too tight, adjust tilt lever T . Once your TV is in place, tighten the tilt lever T to prevent unwanted movement.
