Keypad Feature Instructions
Cooking start The Start button begins any oven function. If cooking is

interrupted by opening the door, touching Start button after the door is closed again will resume the preset cycle.
| Quick start for 30 seconds| At the IDLE state, pressing the Add 30, 1 Min or 5 min button will start the microwave at 100% power for the time amount of the key pressed. For example, if press Add 5 Min button, the microwave will start a 5 minute cycle at 100% power.
+ 1 Min| Quick start for 1 minute
+ 5 Min| Quick start for 5 minutes
Stop/Cancel| Stop/Pause cooking function| You can pause or stop cooking during a manual cycle is in progress by opening the door or pressing the Stop/Cancel button.
Open| Open the door| Touch the Open button to open the door.
Vent Fan| Turn on/off the Vent Fan| Press the Fan/Vent Fan button to turn the fan on or off. Pressing Vent Fan button repeatedly to adjusts the vent fan setting among OFF (default) -> HIGH -> MEDIUM -> LOW->OFF.

The hood fan function can be operated independent.

NOTE:
To keep the microwave oven from overheating, the vent fan will automatically turn on if the temperature from the range or cooktop below the microwave oven gets too hot. When this occurs, the vent fan cannot be turned off. the “AUTO” icon and “Fan Icon” will turn on the display.

Light| Turn on/off Hood Light| Pressing Light button to adjusts the hood light setting among OFF (default) -> HIGH -> LOW -> OFF.

The hood light function can be operated independent.

4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save. “DISABLE” “DemoMode” on the display once, demo icon will be off.

Clear/Hold to Mute Sounds| Clear the numbers you had typed| Use the Clear button to clear the numbers which you had typed with the number pad.
For example, you had pressed number 333. Pressing Clear button. The display will reset to the default value of 0:00.
Clear/Hold to Mute Sounds| Hold to mute the sounds| To disable sounds:
Press and hold the Clear/Hold button for around 3 seconds, all tones and sounds will be disabled. The mute icon will be displayed on the screen at all times.To enable sounds:
Press and hold again around 3 seconds again, all tones and sounds will be back. And the mute icon will be disappeared.
Steam Clean| Clean the cavity of the oven| 1. Touch Steam Clean button.
2. “Clean”, “Put 1 cup of water into microwave oven safe dish, Press Start” scrolling on the display.
3. Put the water in the middle of the cavity bottom.
4. Close the door.
5. Press Start to clean.
Time/Power| Set Manual Cooking| 1. Touch Time/Power button once, to set the length of time up to 90 minutes.
2. Touch the number buttons.
3. Touch Time/Power button again, to set the cooking power level between 10% to 100%. (This step can be skip, if you use the power level in 100%.
4. Touch Power Level button to set the power level, enter cook power with number keypad (e.g., press 80 for 80%).
5. Close the door.
6. Press Start.

MICROWAVE OVEN USE

Odors and smoke are normal when the microwave oven is used the first few times or when it is heavily soiled.

IMPORTANT: The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off. Exposure to the fumes may result in death to certain birds. Always move birds to another closed and well ventilated room.

Electronic Oven Controls
Control Display

The display will light up when first powered up or after a power loss. When oven is not in use, the time of day is displayed.

Tones

Tones are audible signals, indicating the following:

  • Power On Tone
    The tone will be heard only on initial power up from factory reset.

  • Keypress Tone
    The tone will be heard every time a valid key is pressed.

  • Invalid Tone
    The tone will be heard when invalid data has been entered, or If the pressed key has no function in the current state of the unit.

  • Cook Timer Tone & Cook End Reminder Tone
    The tone will be heard when cook time has elapsed.
    Afterwards, it will be repeated every 1 minute unless the end status is cancelled or 10 minutes.

  • Kitchen Timer Tone & Timer End Reminder Tone
    The tone will be heard when kitchen timer has elapsed.
    Afterwards, it will be repeated every 1 minute unless the end status is cancelled or 5 minutes.
    The cook time end status will override the kitchen timer alert tone. After cook time status ends or is cancelled, the kitchen timer tone will continue.

  • Prompt Tone
    The tone will be heard during cooking when the user is recommended to turn food or stir food or place food or add food (the pattern will be repeated for 3 times).

Settings

Many features of the microwave oven control can be adjusted to meet your personal needs. These changes are made using the Settings button.

Use the Settings button to scroll through the features that can be changed. Each press of the Settings button will advance the display to the next setting. After selecting the feature to be changed, the control will prompt you for the required input. Details of all of the feature changes are explained in the following sections.

Press Stop/Cancel to exit Settings.

Clock

The Clock is a 12-hour (1:00-11:59) without AM/PM. Touch Settings button to reach Clock submenu, and follow the prompts to set the clock.

1. Pressing Setting button repeatedly to reach Clock submenu.
2. Use the number keypads to set HH:MM.
3. Pressing the Settings button, or closing the door, or wait for around 5 seconds will save.

If the clock set is not correctly performed (e.g., time-out or pressing Cancel), start the clock with the clock value in the memory. If not value is saved in memory, display will start with 12:00.

Sound (Tones)

Programming button tones and volume.

1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Sound submenu.
2. “SOUND OP” “Press 1-Button Tones 2-Volume” Scrolling on the display.

Pressing “1” button to set Button Tones

Scrolling Speed

Scroll speed of the text may be adjusted.

1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Scrolling Speed submenu.

4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save.

Language

There are two languages supported language.

United States Model
1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Language submenu.
2. “LANGUAGE” “Press 1-English 2-Spanish” scrolling on the display.
3. Press number keypad to set.
4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save.

Canada Model
1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Language submenu.
2. “LANGUAGE” “Press 1-English 2-French” scrolling on the display.
3. Press number keypad to set.
4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save.

Filter Reset

When the Filter Alert condition is met, the reminder of “FAN OFF” “Change the Charcoal Filter, Reset reminder in Settings” scrolling on the display. To reset the alert status through settings.

1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Filter Reset submenu.
2. “Press 1 to reset filter reminder” scrolling on the display.
3. Press “1” button to set.
4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save.

Demo Mode

Activate to practice using the control without actually turning on the heating element/magnetron.

Activate Demo Mode
1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Demo Mode submenu.
2. “DEMO Press 1-Enable” scrolling on the display.
3. Press “1” button to activate the Demo Mode.
4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save.
“DEMO ON” “Use Settings to exit” on the display once, demo icon will be on.

The Demo Mode is now activated.

Inactivate Demo Mode
1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Demo Mode submenu.
2. “DEMO Press 1-Disable” scrolling on the display.
3. Press “1” button to inactivate the Demo Mode.
4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save.
“DISABLE” “DemoMode” on the display once, demo icon will be off.

The Demo Mode is now inactivated.

NOTES:
When Demo Mode is on, the unit will return to Demo after power failure.
If Clock is set before the failure, the real time Clock will be displayed and started from the time when the failure occurs.
If Clock is not set when entering the demo mode or when power outage is recovered, the clock time will be set and started from 12:00.

Factory Reset

User may set microwave oven back to default state.

1. Pressing Settings repeatedly to reach Factory Reset submenu.
2. “RESET” “Press 1- To reset microwave to factory default” scrolling on the display.
3. Press “1” button to reset.
4. Pressing Settings button or wait few seconds will save.
System return to idle.

NOTE:
System restarts and returns to idle. All features including all Settings and any stored value in memory will be reset.

TIMER

You can set Kitchen Timer by pressing the Timer button.

1. Touch Timer button.
2. Touch the number buttons to set the length of time up to 99:59.
3. “Press Kitchen Timer to Start” scrolling on the display.
4. Press Timer button to confirm.

Clear / Hold to Mute Sounds

Use the Clear button to clear the numbers which you had typed with the number pad. For example, you had pressed number 333.

Steam Clean

This automatic cleaning cycle will help you to to clean the microwave oven cavity and to remove unpleasant odors.

Before starting the cycle:
1. Put 250 mL water into a container (see our recommendations in the below section “Tips and suggestions”).
2. Place the container directly on the middle of the cavity.

To Start The Cycle:
1. Press the Steam Clean button, the cleaning cycle duration will be visible on the display.
2. Press the Start button to start the function.

When The Cycle Is Finished:
1. Press the Stop button.
2. Remove the container.
3. Use a soft cloth or a paper towel with mild detergent to clean the interior surfaces.

Tips and suggestions:
For a better cleaning result, it is recommended to use a container with a diameter of 17-20 cm, and a height that is lower than 6.5 cm.
It is recommended to use a container of light plastic material that is suitable for the microwave.
As the container will be hot after the cleaning cycle is completed, it is recommended to use a heat resistant glove when removing the container from the microwave.
For a better cleaning effect and removal of unpleasant odors, add some lemon juice or vinegar to the water.

Cooking Genernal guide

1. Please following the function instruction to cook the different types foods.
2. For a better cooking performance, it is recommended to stir/turn and let the food stand 1 minutes after cooking and reheat.
3. For the better cooking performance, try to use the preset button firstly.
4. For auto function, Auto functions never allow any change:

  • If unit is currently sensing when door was opened, the cycle will be cancelled and return to idle.
  • If the unit is not in a sensing state, you can start and proceed with remaining time after the door is shut and you press start.
  • After pressing stop(pause), the display will prompt to close door and press start OR press START button (if door is closed).
Manual Cooking

Use the Timer/Power to set manual cooking. Place food in
microwave-safe container.

1. Touch Time/Power button once, to set the length of time up to 90 minutes.
2. Touch the number buttons.
3. Touch Time/Power button again, to set the cooking power level between 10% to 100%. (This step can be skip, if you use the power level in 100%.

Touch Power Level button to set the power level, enter cook power with number keypad (e.g., press 80 for 80%).

4. Close the door.
5. Press Start.

90%| 90| Cooking small, tender pieces of meat, ground meat, poultry pieces, and fish fillets. Heating cream soups.
80%| 80| Heating rice, pasta, or casseroles. Cooking and heating foods that need a cook power lower than high, for example, whole fish and meat loaf.
70%| 70| Reheating ready-cook food, single or multiple dishes. Reheating 2 bowls of soup at the same time. Reheating 9×13 inch casserole or enchiladas.
60%| 60| Cooking sensitive foods such as cheese and egg dishes, pudding, and custards. And reheating two plates (9 inch/each) of Dinner plate at the same time.
50%| 50| Cooking non-stirrable casseroles, such as lasagna.
40%| 40| Cooking ham, whole poultry, and pot roasts.
30%| 30| Simmering stews.
20%| 20| Melting chocolate. Heating bread, rolls, and pastries.
10%| 10| Taking chill out of fruit, softening butter, cheese,and ice cream. Defrosting bread, fish, meats, poultry, and precooked foods.

Tips and suggestions:
For a better cooking performance, it is recommended to stir/turn and let the food stand 1 minutes after cooking and reheat.

Popcorn (Sense)

Senses 3.0-3.5 oz (85-99 g)

  • Do not use regular paper bags or glassware.
  • Follow manufacturer’s instructions when using a microwave popcorn popper.
  • Listen for popping to slow to one pop every 1 or 2 seconds, and then stop the cycle. Do not repop unpopped kernels.
  • For best results, use fresh bags of popcorn.
  • Cooking results may vary by brand and fat content. Follow the instructions provided by the microwave popcorn manufacturer.

Defrost
  • For the better cooking performance, try to use the preset button firstly.
  • For optimal results, food should be 0°F (-18°C) or colder when defrosting.
  • Unwrap foods and remove lids (from fruit juice) before defrosting.
  • Shallow packages will defrost more quickly than deep blocks.
  • Separate food pieces as soon as possible during or at the end of the cycle for more even defrosting.
  • Foods left outside the freezer for more than 20 minutes or frozen ready-made food should not be defrosted using the Defrost feature but should be defrosted manually.
  • Use small pieces of aluminum foil to shield parts of food such as chicken wings, leg tips, and fish tails. See the “Aluminum Foil and Metal” section first.
  • Times and cooking powers have been preset for defrosting a number of food types.
  • Let stand 5-20 minutes after defrosting.

Do not let food sit in oven more than one hour before or after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.

This function allows you to keep your dishes warm automatically.

1. Touch the Keep Warm button.
2. “Enter 15 min, 30min, 45min, 60min, Press Start” scrolling on the display.
3. Close door,
4. Touch START.

NOTE: The keep warm cycle is 15 minutes, to ensure keep perfect effect, please select the time more than 15 minutes.
