Product Information

VHI MistFlow Smart Humidifier The VHI MistFlow Smart Humidifier is a high-quality humidifier that can be connected to the VOCOlinc app, allowing you to customize functions such as scheduling and targeted misting. It also works with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant for voice control, providing you with hands-free convenience. The humidifier comes with a power adapter and user manual, and features a ceramic disc, mist nozzle, air pump, and air inlet. The ambient light can be turned on or off and the color can be changed by long pressing for 2 seconds. It has three mist levels – high, medium, and low, which can be cycled through by touching the mist button.
If you need to reset the device, long press the light button for 10 seconds.

Note that the amount and intensity of the mist may vary based on factors such as water type, humidity, temperature, and air currents.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Fill the humidifier with water up to the maximum waterline.
2. Connect the humidifier to the power adapter.
3. Download the VOCOlinc app and connect the humidifier to it.
4. Use the app to customize functions such as scheduling and targeted misting.
5. To turn on the humidifier, press the mist button and cycle through the three mist levels until you reach your desired level.
6. To turn on the ambient light, press the light button. Long press the light button for 2 seconds to change the color.
7. To reset the device, long press the light button for 10 seconds. Note that this will clear all connection data, and you will need to remove the humidifier from the VOCOlinc app and add it back before using it again.

Safety Instructions

• Do not install or operate the humidifier with wet hands or standing on damp surfaces.
• Do not put the humidifier near potentially dangerous sources, such as a heater, flammable gas, or combustibles.
• Do not place the humidifier on an inclined surface.
• Place the humidifier 12 inches (30 cm) away from the wall, other appliances, or wooden furniture.
• Keep the humidifier and its components away from direct sunlight, splashes, water drops, or high-humidity environments.
• Keep the humidifier out of reach of patients, children, and pets.
• Turn the product off and unplug it from power before cleaning.
• Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the humidifier with mild detergent.
• Do not use acids or enzymes detergents, as this may give off hazardous gas or cause malfunction.
• If the humidifier is knocked over during use, turn it off immediately and unplug from power.
• Do not use the humidifier if the power cord has been damaged. Contact customer service.
• Do not risk your safety by taking apart or repairing this humidifier by yourself.

• This will clear all the connection data.You must remove the humidifier from the VOCOlinc app and add it back before using it again.

Use Your Humidifier

1. Remove the cover from the water tank.
2. Fill the water tank with filtered or distilled water lower than 50℃ till it reaches to the max waterline.
3. Put the cover back into place.
4. Plug the power cord into a power outlet and touch the mist button to enjoy the humidifier!

Note: The amount and intensity of the mist varies based on the water type, the amount of water, humidity, temperature, and air currents.

Warnings:

1. Do not add water into the air outlet or pour water from it.
2. Do not tilt the humidifier while the water tank is full to avoid leakage and prevent water from entering the air outlet.
3. Do not direct the mist nozzle towards the wall.
4. Do not cover the nozzle by your hand or other objects when it is misting.

Clean Your Humidifier

If you use the humidifier continuously for 3 to 5 days, follow the steps below to clean it.

1. Unplug the humidifier from power and remove the cover.
2. Pour out any remaining water from the tank.
3. Use a soft damp cloth to clean the water tank and the cover with mild detergent.
4. Wipe the humidifier gently with a dry cloth and put the cover back in place.

Note: If the humidifier will not used for a long period, drain the water in the tank.

Add Your Humidifier with VOCOlinc App

System Requirements
Before pairing, ensure you iOS/Android device is in the latest version and your Wi-Fi router is 2.4 GHz capable (5 GHz is not supported).

Adding Instructions

1. Download the VOCOlinc app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Open VOCOlinc, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner to enter the “Add Accessory” page (For Android devices, tap “Model”).
3. Tap “Wellbeing” and select “VHI”. Read the onscreen notes and confirm to the next step.
4. For iOS devices, scan the following QR code or the QR code on the humidifier to search for and add the accessory, while Android devices will automatically search for the accessory and finish adding.

Note: If you fail to add, read the “Tips” and follow the instructions. You can also tap “Help” or “Contact VOCOlinc” for further questions or go to “User” page and tap “FAQ” or “Contact customer service”.

Firmware Updates
It is recommended to update the firmware whenever any update is available for a better user experience.

1. Open the VOCOlinc app.
2. Press the device icon on the “Home” page to enter the device’s page.
3. Tap “Update” if the “Firmware update” pops up.
4. Wait for a few minutes for the update and do not exit the app until the update is completed.

Note: Only when the device connects to the same Wi-Fi as your smartphone will you receive the firmware update prompt.

Use Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for Voice Control

Link VOCOlinc to Amazon Alexa

1. Download Amazon Alexa app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Register and log in your account.

2. Open VOCOlinc app. Tap “user” and “3rd party connection”, select “Link to Amazon Alexa”.

3. Tap “LOGIN WITH AMAZON”. Tap “Link” in Amazon Alexa app.
   If “Status – Account Linking Succeeded” pops up in VOCOlinc app, then the VOCOlinc Skill is linked to Amazon Alexa.

4. Open Amazon Alexa, tap “More” to enter “DISCOVER ALEXA” page to check “Your Skills”. Tap “VOCOlinc” to check your devices added and wait for devices syncing to Amazon Alexa.

5. Now you can speak to Amazon Alexa to control your devices remotely.

Link VOCOlinc to Google Home

1. Download Google Home app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Register and log in your account.
2. Open VOCOlinc app. Tap “user” and “3rd party connection”, select “Link to Google Home”.
3. Tap “GO TO LINK” to open Google Home app and tap the “+” on the top left corner to enter “Add and manage” page.
4. Tap “Set up device” and select “Works with Google”.
5. Search for “VOCOlinc” and sign in your account. If “VOCOlinc is linked” pops up, then the VOCOlinc is linked to Google Home.
6. After all devices added to VOCOlinc are synced to Google Home, you can enjoy the hands-free control.
