Product Information

The PRO Wireless Gaming Headset is a high-quality gaming headset that offers both wireless and wired connectivity options. It features a 50mm precision- tuned driver, noise-isolating ear cushions, detachable boom mic, adjustable ear cup position, padded headband, and foldable design. The headset is compatible with Xbox Wireless and has a 3.5mm audio input. It also has volume control, game/chat balance dial, microphone mute button, and LED indicators for power and microphone mute status. The headset has a memory foam and cooling gel for added comfort during long gaming sessions.

Product Usage Instructions

Wireless Setup

  1. Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn on the headset.
  2. Press and release the Bind Button on the Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One and the Xbox logo will start to blink.
  3. Press and hold the Bind Button for 2 seconds on the headset and the Power Button LED will start to blink quickly.
  4. The Power Button LED will change to solid white once pairing is successful.
  5. Insert the microphone and bend to position it in front of your mouth.
  6. Press the Microphone Mute Button to mute the microphone. The Microphone LED will turn red.
  7. Press and hold the Microphone Mute Button for 2 seconds to turn mic monitoring OFF or ON.
  8. Adjust the volume by turning the Volume Control Dial on the left ear cup.
  9. Adjust the game/chat balance by turning the Game/Chat Balance Dial on the right ear cup.
  10. For Xbox: Go to (Settings) > (General) > (Volume & audio output) and under (Headset Format) choose your preferred setting.

Wired Setup

  1. Connect orange end of 3.5mm cable into the headset, and black end into your device. NOTE: The audio cable is one-way and must be connected correctly. The orange end connects to the headset’s orange input, and the black end connects into your device.
  2. Insert the microphone and bend to position it in front of your mouth.
  3. Adjust the volume by turning the Volume Control Dial on the inline controller of the 3.5mm audio cable.
  4. Slide the Microphone Mute Button on the inline controller of the 3.5mm audio cable to mute the microphone.
  5. For Xbox: Go to (Settings) > (General) > (Volume & audio output) and under (Headset Format) choose your preferred setting.
  6. For PC: If your PC uses separate connectors for audio (pink and green) a headset splitter cable is needed (sold separately).
  7. For PS4: Go to (Settings) > (Devices) > (Audio Devices) and set the Output to Headphones option to All Audio.
  8. For PS5: Go to (Settings) > (Sound) > (Audio Output) and set Output Device to Controller Headset. NOTE: In Wired Mode, you control the headset’s functions using the inline controller on the audio cable. The headset’s buttons only work in Wireless Mode.

Charging

  1. Plug the Micro USB end of the cable into the headset and the other end of the cable into a USB power source.

SETUP

WIRELESS SETUP

  1. Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn on the headset.

  10. FOR XBOX: Go to (Settings) > (General) > (Volume & audio output) and under (Headset Format) choose your preferred setting.

NOTE: Windows 10 requires the Xbox Wireless Adapter (either built into the PC or sold separately).

  6. FOR PC: If your PC uses separate connectors for audio (pink and green) a headset splitter cable is needed (sold separately).

  7. FOR NINTENDO SWITCH: Game chat is supported either in-game or through the Nintendo Switch Online App and varies by game. Adjust volume on the Nintendo Switch console using the physical + and – volume buttons, or via the Quick Settings screen.

  8. FOR PS4™: Go to (Settings) > (Devices) > (Audio Devices) and set the “Output to Headphones” option to “All Audio”.

  9. FOR PS5™: Go to (Settings) > (Sound) > (Audio Output) and set “Output Device” to “Controller Headset”.
    NOTE: In Wired Mode, you control the headset’s functions using the inline controller on the audio cable. The headset’s buttons only work in Wireless Mode.

CHARGING

  1. Plug the Micro USB end of the cable into the headset and the other end of the cable into a USB power source.
  2. While charging the Power Button LED will pulse orange, and then turn off when fully charged.
  3. When the battery level is under 10%, the Power Button LED will start blinking orange.

NOTE: Remember to charge your headset at least once every 60 – 90 days when either the low battery indicator is active, or the battery is depleted so that the battery retains its ability to charge. Remember to fully charge the headset at least once a year if the headset will not be used for an extended period of time so that the battery retains its ability to charge. Battery capacity will gradually reduce over time with repeated charging.

  • PROBLEM: Why do I hear static or no sound?

    • SOLUTION: When in Wireless Mode, ensure the FUSION Pro Wireless Headset is paired with the console, that the Volume Control Dial is not set to minimum, and that the Game/Chat Balance Dial is not maxed out to either Game or Chat audio.
    • SOLUTION: For Wired Mode, check that the 3.5mm audio cable is securely attached to both the source device and the FUSION Pro Wireless Headset.
      SOLUTION: Check console or PC menu settings to be sure sound is being output to the headset.
      SOLUTION: On Nintendo Switch, if volume seems low, try turning the “Lower Max Headphone Volume” in system settings to OFF.
  • PROBLEM: Why can’t my friends hear me?

    • SOLUTION: Make sure that the microphone is securely attached to the headset, and that the Microphone LED is not on.
    • SOLUTION: Check console or PC menu settings to be sure the headset microphone is selected for input.
    • SOLUTION: For Wired Mode, make sure the orange cable end is connected to the headset and not the device.

HEARING DAMAGE RISK
High sound pressure! Do not listen at high volumes for long periods.

BATTERY WARNING

  • Don’t attempt to replace the rechargeable battery yourself- you may damage the battery, which could cause overheating, fire, and injury.
  • The Lithium-ion battery in your device should be serviced or recycled by PowerA or an authorized provider and must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.
  • Dispose of batteries according to your local environment laws and guidelines.
  • Don’t use or leave the product containing rechargeable batteries exposed to very high or very low temperature (e.g. at strong direct sunlight or in a vehicle in extremely hot or extremely cold weather), or in an environment with extremely low air pressure can result in an explosion, fire, or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  • Don’t use this product in a location where static electricity is rich, otherwise, the internal safety devices may be damaged, causing a harmful situation.
  • In case the electrolyte gets into the eyes due to the leakage of battery, do not rub eyes! Rinse eyes with clean running water and seek medical attention immediately. Otherwise, it may injure eyes or cause a loss of sight.
  • If the battery gives off an odor, generates heat, or in any way appears abnormal during use, recharging or storage, immediately remove it from battery charger and place it in a safe spill-proof storage, made of glass or metal.
  • Be aware discarded batteries may cause fire. Do not heat this product or throw it into fire, or mechanically crush or cut the battery.
