SHANGRI-LA SLBUSSKTWB Stainless Steel Kitchen Trolley

Product Before Assembly
A Phillips head screwdriver (not supplied) is required to assemble the kitchen trolley. The user guide advises on separating the Slide Runners from the Slide Tracks before assembling the furniture.
- Extend the Slide Runners apart from the Slide Track
- Gently press the plastic release lever on the Slide Runner while pulling the Slide Runner and Slide Track apart from each other.
- Repeat these steps for all remaining pairs of Slide Runners and Slide Tracks.
Product Assembly
- Attach the handle (4) to part J using two 14mm M4 screws (14).
- Attach parts K and L to both parts M and N using four 35mm M3.5 screws (8).
- Secure the left and right runners (10L, 10R) to parts K and with four 12mm M3.5 screws (7).
- Insert four cam screws (13) into part J, then insert four cam locks (12) into both parts K and L.
- Align part J with both parts K and L. Ensure that the arrows on the cam locks (12) are pointing towards the corresponding cam screws (13), then secure the cam locks (12) into the cam screws (13) to connect part J to parts K and L.
- Attach parts A and B to both parts K and L using seven 12mm M3.5 screws (9).
- Attach parts C and D to both parts A and B using eight 14mmM3.5 screws (11).
- Attach parts E and F to both parts C and D using four barrel nuts (2) and four 65mm M6 screws (1).
- Attach the two castors (16) and two locking castors (15) to parts E and F using four 14mm M4 screws (14).
- Attach parts G and H to both parts E and F using four barrel nuts (2) and four 65mm M6 screws (1).
- Attach the stopper (6) to part G using two 18mm M4 screws (5).
- Secure the left and right tracks (10L, 10R) onto the assembly with four 12mm M3.5 screws (7).
- The assembly is complete.
Product Usage
- Place the Burnie Stainless Steel Kitchen Trolley in a suitable location in your kitchen or other areas.
- Load the trolley with items such as utensils, cookware, or groceries.
- Secure the items on the trolley with the stopper (6) to prevent them from falling off.
- Use the handle (4) to move the trolley around your kitchen or other areas. The castors (16) make it easy to move and maneuver the trolley.

Runner and track sets
The user guide refers to multiple sets of metal Slide Runners and Slide Tracks (pictured above separately). To avoid any damage to these items during transportation, the Slide Runners and Slide Tracks have been pre-assembled together in pairs. Each pair includes a Slide Runner and Slide Track. Before assembling your furniture, please separate the Slide Runners from the Slide Tracks according to the below instructions.

Step 1: Extend the Slide Runners apart from the Slide Track

Step 2: Gently press the plastic release lever on the Slide Runner while pulling the Slide Runner and Slide Track apart from each other.

Step 3: The Slide Runner and Slide Track should now be separated. Repeat these steps for all remaining pairs of Slide Runners and Slide Tracks.
ASSEMBLY

- Step 4: Using a Phillips head screwdriver, secure the left and right runners (10L, 10R) to parts K and L with four 12mm M3.5 screws (7). Secure parts K and L to parts M and N using four 35mm M3.5 screws (8).
- Step 5: Insert four cam screws (13) into part J, then using a Phillips head screwdriver, insert four cam locks (12) into both parts K and L. Align part J with both parts K and L. Ensuring the arrows on the cam locks (12) are pointing towards the corresponding cam screws (13), secure the cam locks (12) into the cam screws (13) to connect part J to parts K and L. Secure the handle (4) to part J using two 14mm M4 screws (14).
